摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for producing a photovoltaic module and a photovoltaic module. The method includes: providing a plurality of solar cells, each respective solar cell has an overlapping area; applying adhesive to first areas in the overlapping area of each solar cell, the first areas allow the respective solar cell to be welded to a neighboring solar cell through a plurality of welding strips; in response to hardness of the adhesive falling in a preset hardness range by curing, welding the respective solar cell to the neighboring solar cell through the plurality of welding strips, to obtain at least one cell string; and laminating a front encapsulation layer, a front encapsulation material, the at least one cell string, a rear encapsulation material and a rear encapsulation layer, to obtain the photovoltaic module.

The solar cell includes: a substrate including a first surface; a tunneling oxide layer covering the first surface; a doped conductive layer covering a surface of the tunneling oxide layer away from the substrate; an intrinsic polycrystalline silicon layer formed on one side of the doped conductive layer away from the tunneling oxide layer; and a plurality of first electrodes arranged on one side of the intrinsic polycrystalline silicon layer away from the doped conductive layer and electrically connected to the doped conductive layer. At least a portion of the first electrode is located in the intrinsic polycrystalline silicon layer, and a gap is defined between a top end of the first electrode and the substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an anti-PID encapsulation adhesive film, a photovoltaic module, and a photovoltaic module manufacturing method. The anti-PID encapsulation adhesive film includes a base adhesive film layer, an insulating layer, and a conductive layer. The insulating layer is located on one side surface of the base adhesive film layer. The insulating layer has a grid structure. The grid structure includes grid lines and a plurality of hollow portions defined by the grid lines. The grid lines have a structure corresponding to gaps between cell pieces. The conductive layer includes a plurality of conductive portions. The conductive portions are arranged in the hollow portions in one-to-one correspondence. The volume resistivity of the conductive portions is less than 100 Ω·cm.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a flexible silicon-based cell module is provided. Specifically, cell units of a silicon-based solar cell structure are arranged and adhered to a connecting strip to form a cell string, wherein a gap is left between two adjacent cell units. The cell units in cell strings are connected in series and parallel by an interconnected bar, wherein a gap is left between two adjacent cell strings. Hard protection units adapted to the size and specification of the cell units are respectively attached to the cell units. A plurality of cell strings are connected to each other in series and parallel to form a cell assembly. A panel made of flexible material is selected to package the cell assembly to form the flexible cell module. The cell module has an excellent rollable performance and a flexible expansion, a light weight, and a small size.
