    Abstract: An embodiment is method performed by a sharing access point (AP) to initiate a non-coherent joint transmission (NCJT). The method includes transmitting a backhaul data PPDU that includes data intended for a station (STA) to a shared AP via a backhaul link and transmitting a NCJT sounding trigger frame to the shared AP via the backhaul link to cause the shared AP to participate in the NCJT, wherein the NCJT involves a plurality of APs, including the shared AP, transmitting NCJT PPDUs that include the data intended for the STA to the STA at different times.

    Abstract: An uplink control information transmission method includes: in a case that a PUCCH resource carrying CSI and a PUCCH resource corresponding to an SR overlap in time domain, determining a state of an SR; and in a case that at least one SR of a first priority is in a positive state, skipping transmitting the CSI, and transmitting the SR of the first priority in the positive state on a PUCCH resource corresponding to the SR of the first priority in the positive state; in a case that all SRs of a first priority are in a negative state, and SRs of a second priority exist, multiplexing and transmitting the SRs of the second priority and the CSI on the PUCCH resource of the CSI.

The method comprises: collecting data from the one or more communication units; generating a policy, for each of the one or more communication units, based on the collected data; and sending the policy to each of the one or more communication units, wherein the policy comprises conditions for operation of the one or more communication units, wherein the one or more communication units implement the policy according to time-varying data. The system comprises: one or more communication units; and a server operable to communicate with the one or more communication units, wherein the server comprises: a memory; and a processor, coupled to the memory, and operable to perform the method discussed above.

    Abstract: An encoder outputs a first bit sequence having N bits. A mapper generates a first complex signal s1 and a second complex signal s2 with use of bit sequence having X+Y bits included in an input second bit sequence, where X indicates the number of bits used to generate the first complex signal s1, and Y indicates the number of bits used to generate the second complex signal s2. A bit length adjuster is provided after the encoder, and performs bit length adjustment on the first bit sequence such that the second bit sequence has a bit length that is a multiple of X+Y, and outputs the first bit sequence after the bit length adjustment as the second bit sequence. As a result, a problem between a codeword length of a block code and the number of bits necessary to perform mapping by a set of modulation schemes is solved.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for dynamically selecting a link adaptation policy, LAP. In some embodiments, the method includes generating a machine learning, ML, model, wherein generating the ML model comprises providing training data to an ML algorithm. The method further includes using channel quality information, additional information, and the ML model to select a LAP from a set of predefined LAPs. In some embodiments, the additional information comprises: neighbor cell information about a second cell served by a second TRP, distance information indicating a distance between a UE and a first TRP, and/or gain information indicating radio propagation gain between the UE and the serving node. The method further includes the first TRP transmitting second data to the UE using the selected LAP.

    Abstract: A method for serializing communications in the computing field includes serializing input data into a serialized stream of symbols, based on one or more encodings, at a serializer, each symbol including a disparity code selected based on a running disparity (RD) of the serialized stream of symbols. The running disparity (RD) is tracked by setting the RD to an initial value, and then adding a disparity of each symbol to the RD to ensure the RD does not exceed a desired maximum, e.g., three. A positive disparity encoding or a negative disparity encoding of each symbol is selected for transmission based on the RD. The serialized data stream of symbols is transmitted along a data conduit, to a deserializer, in which the serialized data stream of symbols is deserialized to determine a corresponding bit value, for outputting decoded information in parallel form.
