摘要: A multirotor wind turbine (1) comprising a vertical tower and at least two energy generating units (5), a load carrying structure (9, 10) extending transverse to the vertical direction and carrying the at least two energy generating units (5); and at least one escape route extending between a start and an exit. To provide a safe escape route, the load carrying structure forms at least a first section of the escape route from the start to an intermediate location, and the wind turbine comprises an escape opening in the nacelle, the escape opening leading from an interior space of a nacelle of the energy generating unit to a passage structure and the passage structure extending from the escape opening to the start of the escape route.

摘要: Ribs for an elevating platform, the ribs designed and configured to insert through a slot in the sidewall of the elevating platform. The ribs are composed of T-shaped and/or L-shaped portions. Configurations include a T-shaped rib that inserts through the slot; a combination T-shaped and L-shaped rib wherein the T-shaped component inserts through the slot and the L-shaped component is attached on the exterior of the platform, and a double-L-shaped rib, wherein one of the L-shaped components inserts through the slot and the other L-shaped component is attached to it on the exterior of the platform.

摘要: The present invention provides a pool ladder with an automatic wash-down system for cleaning a person's feet before entering a swimming pool. The pool ladder includes a staircase to allow a person to climb into the swimming pool. The wash-down system includes nozzles positioned in the staircase to direct water spray towards the person's feet. The wash-down system further includes sensors to detect the presence of the person on the staircase and a controller to regulate the flow of water to the nozzles, based on signals from the nozzles, for automatic washing of the person's feet when the person is standing on one of the steps of the staircase.

摘要: A step for an elevating platform, the step including a top flange, a bottom flange, and a transition; the step configured to insert into a cutout in the platform sidewall. The bottom flange is configured to contact an outer surface of the platform sidewall when the top flange contacts an inner surface of the sidewall, thereby placing all of the contact areas between the step and the platform under compression when force is applied to the step.

摘要: Devices, systems, and methods are directed to mounting an auxiliary component to a tower based at least in part on a force distribution in which a normal force is greater than a shear force exerted by the auxiliary component on a shell of the tower such that the auxiliary component may be held in place relative to the tower without penetrating the shell of the tower. Thus, as compared to mounting techniques requiring penetration of the shell of the tower, this force distribution along the shell of the tower may facilitate mounting the auxiliary component to the tower with little to no impact on cost and/or structural requirements of the tower. Further, or instead, as compared to other mounting techniques, mounting the auxiliary component based at least in part on this force distribution may reduce or eliminate the need for specialized tools, thus facilitating in-field installation of the auxiliary component.
