Abstract: A display includes a plurality of pixel chips, chixels, provided on a substrate. The chixels and the light emitters thereon may be shaped, sized and arranged to minimize chixel, pixel, and sub-pixel gaps and to provide a seamless look between adjacent display modules. The substrate may include light manipulators, such as filters, light converters and the like to manipulate the light emitted from light emitters of the chixels. The light manipulators may be arranged to minimize chixel gaps between adjacent chixels.

Abstract: A solar powered VTU and systems and methods for the same are provided. A solar energy harvesting device and an energy storage device are electrically connected to an electronic display within a housing. A support extends between the housing and the solar energy harvesting device such that a bottom surface of the solar energy harvesting device is elevated directly above, and is spaced apart from, a top surface of the housing. The solar energy harvesting device has a first footprint, and the housing has a second footprint. The first footprint is larger than, and directly overlies, the second footprint.

Abstract: A method and a system to present samples of products to customers by transporting the samples to the customer's location with an autonomous vehicle. The sample can be a product, a component of a product, a material or a device to gather information in defining the product. The autonomous vehicle is adapted for off road travel and may enter buildings, it can be carried to a nearby location by a street adapted vehicle. Information may be transmitted electronically but physical presence is essential. The customer or the customer's agent receives a presentation of the product definer and a selection of a final product is made. In other cases the autonomous vehicle delivery separate or installed technical equipment to examine the presentation location and assist in the final product selection. For example, photographs from multiple locations can measure a room for installation of carpets or draperies, etc.

A server includes a second line of sight detection unit configured to detect a line of sight of the passenger based on the in-vehicle image, and a first advertisement detection unit configured to specify the advertisement viewed by the passenger based on the line of sight of the passenger and the external image, the first and second advertisement detection units are configured to perform matching between the external image and the appearance pattern of the advertisement stored in the database to specify the advertisement viewed by the passenger.

Abstract: The invention discloses an ejection type safety warning sign for car, having a polyhedral structure for suppressing tumbling in a free state, capable of being restrained into tubular storage state by external force, and automatically releasing as polyhedral structure when external force disappears; polyhedral structure having warning marker on surface. A ejection system comprises: warning sign; launch tube having inner cavity for accommodating warning sign in tubular storage state; pressure tank communicated with end of launch tube; solenoid valve disposed between launch tube and pressure tank; controller connected to solenoid valve; launch tube having piston for pushing warning sign. When sudden situation occurs during driving, driver can press ejection button of warning sign while braking, so that warning sign can be ejected and stays near position of braking. Location of warning sign is at distance from position parking, eliminating take warning sign, promptly alerting rear car, reducing rear-end accidents.

Abstract: Disclosed is a generally planar automotive service tag, and method of using the same, having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes multiple foldable tags for describing service information, wherein each of multiple foldable tags fold and unfold along a foldable edge of the first end to indicate a status of a corresponding vehicle service. Each of the foldable tags has a male portion at a second end. The second portion of the automotive service tag includes an identifier for identifying the automotive service tag, and a plurality of female portions for each corresponding male portion of the plurality of foldable tags. The second portion further includes a protrusion that extends along an edge of a top end and a hanger portion that extends from the top end, the hanger portion being used to hang the automotive service tag on the rear-view mirror of a vehicle.
