摘要: A method is provided in one example embodiment and may include positioning at least one nozzle within a hollow portion of a rotor blade at a distance associated with a span of the rotor blade and providing, via the at least one nozzle, a liquid foam mixture in the hollow portion, wherein the liquid foam expands and becomes a solid foam material that fills the hollow portion of the rotor blade. Another method is provided in another example embodiment and may include providing a plurality of openings for a rotor blade that are positioned proximate to a hollow portion of the rotor blade and providing a liquid foam mixture in the hollow portion of the rotor blade through at least one opening of the rotor blade, wherein the liquid foam mixture expands and becomes a solid foam material that fills the hollow portion of the rotor blade.

摘要: Methods of forming an article from a molten plastic composition comprising a polymer and a blowing agent. The methods include injecting the molten plastic composition into a mould, allowing the plastic composition to form a first solid skin adjacent to an in contact with a first cavity-forming surface of the mould and a second solid skin adjacent to and in contact with a second cavity-forming surface of the mould, and then opening the mould before the molten plastic composition between the first and second solid skins in at least one portion of the circumference of a region of the mould cavity defining an annular cross-section of the cavity has solidified.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a moulded part (50) by structural foam moulding, in which a polymer melt (18) is provided by melting a thermoplastic material, in which the polymer melt (18) is charged with a foaming agent (22) and in which the polymer melt (18) charged with the foaming agent (22) is injected under pressure into a cavity (26) of a mould (28), and so the polymer melt (18) fills the cavity (26) behind a melt front (34) running through the cavity (26), wherein the rate of injection at which the polymer melt (18) is injected into the cavity (26) of the mould (28) is set such that the internal pressure of the polymer melt (18) in the cavity (26), in a region (40) that follows a portion of the melt front (34) with a time delay of at most 0.15 seconds, is greater than the critical pressure of the foaming agent (22), at least at one point in time during the injection-moulding operation. The invention also relates to a moulded part (50) of an expanded thermoplastic material, wherein the moulded part (50) has a surface region with visual structuring formed by the expanded thermoplastic material of which the average ratio of the degrees of gloss measured in the direction of flow in relation to the degrees of gloss measured transversely to the direction of flow is below 1.9, preferably below 1.5, in particular below 1.2. The invention also relates to uses of such a moulded part.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a durable semispherical shoe which can be prevented from being subjected to seizure even in a dry lubrication state in which there is no lubricating oil at a start time of an operation of a swash plate compressor, can be restrained from deteriorating in its lubricating property due to generated frictional heat, and can be restrained from deteriorating in its strength at a production time and an injection molding die. A semispherical shoe (4), for a swash plate compressor, to be produced by the production method has a base material (5), consisting of a hard material, which has a hollow part along a central axis thereof and a resin layer, consisting of a resin composition, which is formed on a surface of a planar part, disposed on a periphery of the base member, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with the swash plate and on a surface of a spherical part, disposed on the periphery thereof, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with a piston. A resin-filled portion (8) where the resin composition is filled and an empty portion where the resin composition is not filled are formed in the hollow part of the base material. The resin-filled portion (8) and the resin layer are formed by injecting and filling the resin composition into a portion to be formed as the resin-filled portion (8) with the base material (5) being disposed inside a cavity (22) of the injection molding die.

摘要: Provided is an injection molding device, including an injection port arranged on an upper mold base; an upper mold arranged in the upper mold base, wherein at least one ejection port, a gasket groove and a gasket are provided and the ejection portion is connected to the injection port; a lower mold base operatively aligned with or separated from the upper mold base and provided with at least one gas passage for the gas to enter or exit; and a lower mold disposed on the lower mold base. The lower mold base is aligned with or separated from the upper mold base, the lower mold is provided with a mold cavity and at least one shaped air path is provided to connect the mold cavity with the gas passage. The lower mold is a porous material and has a plurality of pores. Gas is pre-injected into the mold cavity through the gas passage and at least one air path to maintain a preset pressure inside the mold cavity. Gas is spewed out through the plurality of pores, thereby causing a finished product to exit the mold cavity. In addition, the present disclosure also provides an injection molding method.
