摘要: A method includes receiving a request to initiate a group gift indicating a gift date on which the group gift should be sent to a receiver of the gift. The method further includes determining, electronic devices to send invitations to contribute to the group gift and sending the invitations to the electronic devices. The invitations prompt a user to respond with a single action whether the user would like to contribute or not. The method further includes receiving responses from the electronic devices indicating an approval to contribute to the group gift or a refusal to contribute to the group gift. The method further includes initiating a physical gift purchase as part of the group gift and sending a message to a gift receiver electronic device that includes information about a monetary gift.

摘要: An intelligent alert system triggers potential cases based on a set of scenarios and sends the potential cases to investigators. After the investigation, the intelligent alert system records in a database the investigation results for each potential case, the associated set of scenarios that triggered the potential case, and the date and the time of such investigation. As a result, the intelligent alert system can gradually learn from the investigators and will automatically make decisions for some future potential cases with little human involvement.

摘要: In a method for changing a user's bank account information in merchant account databases a server receives a login request including a user identification and first user authentication information. The server further receives a request to change bank account information from a first bank account to a second bank account for merchant accounts of the user and network login information for the first bank account. The server accesses an account information database for the first bank account and downloads transaction information for merchant transactions involving the first bank account. The server identifies a set of merchant user accounts involved in the merchant transactions and receives account login information for a data site associated with a selected account. The server accesses the data site and changes a bank account identification stored therein from the first bank account to the second bank account.

摘要: A system for reconciling invoices includes: an input port receiving benefits information related to insurance benefits recipients and invoices from one or more benefits vendors; a rules engine enforcing rules on the benefits information, the rules engine being configured to monitor the benefits information for determining exceptions based on the rules; a processing unit including a reconciliation module, the reconciliation module analyzing and comparing each invoice against the benefits information to detect any inaccuracies in each invoice, the inaccuracies being designated as exceptions. For each invoice where there is at least one exception, the processing unit is configured to determine whether to include, exclude, or modify the invoice based on a feedback signal from a client device. In response to the feedback signal indicating exclude, the processing unit calculates an adjusted invoice amount by excluding at least one fee associated with the at least one exception.
