摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a single compressor HVAC system with hot gas reheat. The system includes a single compressor, a pair of condensers, a reheat heat exchanger, an evaporator, and an expansion device. Within the system, the refrigerant exiting the compressor is separated into two portions. In the cooling mode, the first and second portions of the refrigerant are directed from the compressor through the two condensers in parallel. In the reheat mode, the first portion of the refrigerant is directed through the first condenser, while the second portion of the refrigerant is directed through the reheat heat exchanger. The system also may include a head pressure control device that is designed to maintain the compressor discharge pressure within a desired range by adjusting the condenser fan speed.

摘要: In accordance with embodiments, a server room managing air conditioning system includes: a first coil; a second coil; and an air supply fan. The first coil adjusts returned air of a server room to a predetermined temperature value lower than a supplied air temperature target value and dehumidifies the returned air. The second coil adjusts the returned air of the server room to a predetermined temperature value higher than the supplied air temperature target value so that the supplied air temperature target value and a supplied air humidity target value can be achieved when the returned air is mixed with air adjusted by the first coil. The air supply fan mixes the returned air and supplies the mixed returned air as the supplied air to the server room.

摘要: A refrigerant system control operates tandem compressors. If one of the monitored system conditions does not change as each of the tandem compressors or associated components is brought on line, then a determination is made that the respective component is malfunctioning. A refrigerant system can also be additionally equipped with other functions and components, such as variable speed drive, economizer circuit, unloader bypass, and reheat circuit. In case of a reheat circuit, the system can have single or multiple compressors. The control algorithm can also be updated such that that particular malfunctioning component is eliminated from the operational sequence.

The control unit has a quantity of cooling adjusting unit adjusting a quantity of cooling supplied from the heating medium to the air in the heat exchanger, a quantity of heating adjusting unit adjusting a quantity of heating supplied from the heater to the air, and a blown air flow volume adjusting unit adjusting an air flow volume supplied by the blower fan.

摘要: A dehumidification apparatus comprises an air inlet configured to receive an inlet airflow that is separated into a process airflow and a bypass airflow. An evaporator unit is operable to cool the process airflow by facilitating heat transfer from the process airflow to a flow of refrigerant as the process airflow passes through the evaporator unit. A condenser unit operable to (1) reheat the process airflow by facilitating heat transfer from the flow of refrigerant to the process airflow as the process airflow passes through a first portion of the condenser unit, and (2) heat the bypass airflow by facilitating heat transfer from the flow of refrigerant to the bypass airflow as the bypass airflow passes through a second portion of the condenser unit. The process airflow is discharged into the structure via a process airflow outlet and the bypass airflow is discharged into the structure via a bypass airflow outlet.

摘要: A heat pump cycle is capable of switching an operation mode to a cooling operation mode, a heating operation mode and a dehumidifying-heating operation mode, and is applicable to an air conditioning device. The heat pump cycle is configured to set both of a high-pressure side pressure reducing device and a low-pressure side pressure reducing device—in a throttled state and a fully open state. In this way, the heat pump cycle realizes cooling, heating, and dehumidifying-heating by a simple structure without providing separate refrigerant flow passages extended from a compressor to an outside heat exchanger based on the operation modes of the air conditioning device.

摘要: Refrigerant systems are provided with selectively operable components that allow variation in the capacity provided by the refrigerant system to achieve desired temperature and humidity levels. A reheat circuit is provided and an economizer circuit may also be added to the system. Typically, the reheat and economizer functions each provide a step change in the humidity control. A compressor having a variable speed drive is utilized. By providing the reheat/economizer functions along with the variable speed compressor, continuously adjustable humidity control is achieved.
