    摘要: A continuous process for regasifying a feed stream comprising (i) a slurry phase comprising gas hydrate particles suspended in a produced liquid hydrocarbon and optionally free produced water and (ii) optionally a gaseous phase comprising free produced gaseous hydrocarbon thereby generating a regasified multiphase fluid and for separating the regasified multiphase fluid into its component fluids, comprising the steps of: (a) heating the feed stream to above the dissociation temperature of the gas hydrate thereby regasifying the feed stream by converting the gas hydrate particles into gaseous hydrocarbon and water; (b) separating a gaseous hydrocarbon phase from the regasified multiphase fluid thereby forming a gaseous hydrocarbon product stream and a liquid stream comprising a mixture of liquid hydrocarbon and water; (c) separating the liquid stream comprising a mixture of the liquid hydrocarbon and water into a liquid hydrocarbon phase and an aqueous phase; and (d) removing the liquid hydrocarbon phase as a liquid hydrocarbon product stream.

    摘要: An injector injects fluids, such as hydrate inhibitors into a pipeline such as a natural gas pipeline. The injector is comprised of two motor valves with different force constants such that they open and close in a sequence that injects fluid into the pipeline. The motor valves are controlled by pressure in a control line, where the pressure in the control line is controlled by a latching solenoid valve that pressurizes and vents the control line, according to the signals received from a control panel. When used with a natural gas pipeline, the displaced natural gas captured by the overhead storage tank can be used to fuel a natural gas heater.

    摘要: A compressed gas system comprises a pressure generator and a consuming installation, a gas drier disposed between the pressure generator and the consuming installation, and an in-flow line connecting the pressure generator to the gas drier. Desirably, an out-flow line connects the gas drier to the consuming installation. A by-pass line also connects the pressure generator to the gas drier in parallel to the in-flow line. The by-pass line includes a pressure-controlled blocking device, such as a check valve, which allows the passage of gas from the pressure generator to the gas drier only when a predetermined opening pressure has been reached.
