摘要： A safety ladder cage system is of a fabricated construction to reduce the time and expertise to provide a safety cage to one side of a scaffold system access ladder. The safety cage system is divided into two components each of which can be carried by a worker to the appropriate point and loosely hung from a ladder rung or the ladder uprights. The worker is then free to accurately position the safety cage component to one side of the ladder. The second component is then brought into position and attached to the opposite side of the ladder in a similar manner. The components are then attached to each other along vertical securing edges outwardly spaced from and generally centered on the ladder. Each component preferably includes its own captured connector for engaging the opposite component.

摘要： An adjustable universal safety scaffold and walkboard ladder holder that absolutely prevents scaffold collapse or dis-attachment from a construction project and absolutely prevents a ladder placed against a walkboard from slipping sideways. Vertical supports can attach attach top and bottom to the building or work under construction. Hold brackets that can be raised or lowered slide up and down the vertical supports. A walkway sits on the hold brackets and is positively held in place by pins. A ladder can be optionally leaned against the walkboard and secured by additional stay bolts into the walkboard to prevent horizontal slipping.

摘要： A support and spacer device for ladders, especially suitable for use with scaffold structures, the device including a downwardly opening U-shaped hook supporting a rectangular frame having a diagonal brace. U-bolts are provided to surround the vertical side portion of a ladder, above and below a rung, and penetrate the side of the rectangle opposite the hook portion. The structure is advantageously made from a single piece of strap steel, one end thereof being formed into the U-shaped hook and the remainder thereof being bent, in four bends, into a rectangle having the diagonal brace. Two welds and five holes complete the structure which is normally used in pairs, more than one pair being advantageously employed with a movable scaffold or the like.

摘要： A scaffold safety assembly for facilitating a worker to service a scaffold includes a scaffold that has a frame comprising a leg portion. A step unit is removably attachable to the leg portion of the frame of the scaffold to facilitate a worker to stand on the step unit. The step unit extends laterally away from the leg portion when the step unit is removably attached to the leg portion. In this way the gate facilitates the worker to access various areas of the scaffold without standing on the scaffold. A gate is removably attachable to the leg portion of the frame of the scaffold. Additionally, the gate is positionable adjacent to the platform to inhibit the worker from falling off of the platform.
