摘要: Disclosed herein is a scaffold system having a first deck structure having a first deck structure frame, a deck connected to the frame and including a deck hatch. The system also includes a second deck structure having a second deck structure frame and a deck connected to the frame, the second deck structure positioned at a distance from, and connectable to, the first deck structure. The system further includes a telescoping ladder positioned between the first and second deck structures and connectable to at least one of the first and the second deck structures, the telescoping ladder extendable to a length that corresponds to the distance between the first and the second deck structures. Also disclosed is a resilient deck hatch hinge. Advantageously, a user can ascend the scaffold system from one deck structure to the next while remaining inside the scaffold footprint, promoting safety. The telescoping ladder promotes greater efficiencies from the scaffold supply standpoint.

摘要: A multi-level construction scaffold comprises a pair of H-shaped end frames spaced by horizontal guard rails. The guard rails are pivotally connected at opposed ends thereof to the end frame members, thereby allowing the guard rails to pivot in parallel when one of the frame member is lifted relative to the other. Each end frame includes a pair of uprights interconnected by a horizontal platform support located at a distance below the guard rails engaged with the end frames. In this way, the safety guard rails of a next level to be erected can be installed directly from the underlying level.

摘要: A hoop for a safety cage assembly of a ladder includes a rigid arcuate band having a first face, a second face, a first end and a second end. Each of the first end and the second end are secured to a ladder. A plurality of keyhole openings extend through the band between the first face and the second face. A plurality of detachable tubing clamps are provided. Each of the tubing clamps has tubing receiving jaws defining a tubing receiving opening with an axis. The tubing receiving jaws have an exterior mounted projecting attachment key. In a first orientation, the attachment key passes freely in and out through a selected one of the keyhole openings in the band. In a second orientation, the attachment key is locked within the selected keyhole opening and the tubing receiving jaws are oriented with the axis of the tubing receiving opening positioned transversely in relation to the band.

摘要: A scaffold having a plurality of vertically spaced horizontal bars, a ladder having horizontal rungs and horizontally spaced vertical uprights, and a scaffold ladder adapter positioning the ladder adjacent the scaffold. The adapter comprises a bracket having spaced arms connected by a base telescoped over each upright of the ladder under a rung of the ladder. The ends of the arms are removably mounted on a horizontal bar of the scaffold and a strap individual to each bracket is disconnectably connected at the lower end to its respective bracket and at its upper end to a horizontal bar spaced vertically above the horizontal bar which is connected to the brackets.

摘要: A device comprising a substantially horizontal telescopically arranged bench surface mounted on ladder-like supports located at each end of the bench. These ladder supports are extendable so that the bench may be raised to scaffold height. In addition these supports are hingedly attached to the bench such that the drive may be collapsed for storage or transporting. Also attached to the bench is a single ladder-like extension collapsibly mounted on a double action hinge.

摘要: A telescopically extendable and collapsible ladder assembly includes a top ladder section, a bottom ladder section, and one or more intermediate ladder sections. The assembly may include sliding automatic release actuators, having a slanted actuating surface for interaction with actuator surfaces of spacers provided at each end of a rung of an adjacent ladder section, such that, when a rung is moved towards the rung of an adjacent lower ladder section, the activation surfaces of the spacers push the release actuators into an unlocking position and subsequently position the rung at an anti-finger pinching distance. The top rung of the bottom ladder section may be provided with a centrally arranged grip element that forms a housing for manually operable release actuators provided at the bottom side of the rung.
