摘要： An accessory kit for reusable footing forms (1001, 1002) used in conjunction with insulated concrete forms or steel panel wall forms. The kit includes an inside corner mold (500) and an inside corner form (600) that attach to the footing forms (1001, 1002). The inside corner molds are secured by slotted fasteners (410, 440) that are adjustably positioned and fastened by wedge bolts (400). The kit also includes outside corner molds (100, 200) that is adjustable to accommodate a variety of final wall configurations. An adjustment lever (600) is provided to assist in positioning two abutting footing forms (1001).

摘要： A chamfer for securing precast concrete wall panel forms that are used in tilt-up construction. The chamfer includes an elongate base portion and at least one chamfer portion coextensive with the lengthwise direction of the elongate base portion. The base portion defines a substantially horizontal base plane. The chamfer portion includes a first leg disposed upstanding relative to the base portion, and a second leg portion angularly disposed relative the first leg. The second leg further includes at least one flexible edge that projects beyond at least the base plane or the plane defined by the lengthwise direction extension of the first leg. Depending on which part of the second leg the edge is cantilevered from, it forms a sealed relationship between the chamfer and a casting surface, the chamfer and a plank used as part of the wall form, or both. The application of weight, usually due to the addition of a plank, causes the base portion of the chamfer to flex, which in turn causes the flexible edges disposed on the chamfer outside the elastic curve defined by the flexed base portion to splay, and edges disposed on the chamfer inside the elastic curve to pinch, thereby effecting a seal to minimize or eliminate leakage associated with the poured concrete.

The connecting member is secured in the pocket to project a distance beyond an end of the form. A slidable stake holder may also be provided to slide in a C-shaped pocket in the form. The stake holder has right and left flanges that abuttingly engage the rear wall and at least one preformed nail hole is provided in each of the right and left flanges.
