Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The thin film transistors are arranged matrix on the array substrate, a first passivation layer is arranged on the source/drain electrode of the thin film transistors, an organic transparent layer is arranged on the first passivation layer and is located in an area other than the area of the thin film transistors and the area between the adjacent two thin film transistors, post spacers are arranged on the surface of the array substrate, and is located between any two of the thin film transistors. By way of the above, the present disclosure can prevent the PS sliding in the hole of the organic transparent layer, it is possible to increase the stability of the PS.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes an active area and two GOA driving circuit areas which are respectively arranged on a right side and a left side of the active area, wherein the display panel is bent along bending positions formed by gaps between the active area and each of the GOA driving circuit areas. Performance of metal lines at the bending positions can be improved and the display panel has an ultra-narrow frame.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a repairing method of organic light emitting display panels and an organic light emitting display panel. The repairing method includes: identifying the display pixels required to be repaired, breaking down a connection between the control end of the transistor on the display pixel required to be repaired and the scanning line, connecting the first route end of the transistor on the display pixel required to be repaired and the second route end, and applying the second reference voltage continuously to the anode of the OLED on the display pixel required to be repair. The OLED may stay in the dark state in response to a configuration of the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage, so as to reduce power-consuming of repairing the organic light emitting display panel and to enhance repairing efficiency.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes GND wirings and GOA areas. The GND wirings are configured at outer sides of the GOA areas, and the GOA area includes a variety of GOA signal lines and N-th stage GOA circuits electrically connected by the GOA signal lines. A first ESD protection circuit is configured in a middle area between the 1-th stage GOA circuit and the N-th stage GOA circuit to discharge abnormal electrical charges of the GOA signal lines within the middle area. With such configuration, better ESD protection capability is provided between the GOA signal lines.

Abstract: An array substrate of a liquid crystal display is provided, and includes a glass substrate; and a driving circuit for generating a data signal and a scanning signal, and driving components in a display area. The driving circuit is disposed on the periphery of the glass substrate. The driving circuit includes a flexible circuit board and a driver chip disposed on the flexible circuit board. The driver chip and the flexible circuit board are integrally combined. In the array substrate, it is not necessary to dispose the driver chip on the glass substrate, so as to not only ensure that the display area is a full circle, but to also reduce the width of the periphery of the liquid crystal display, and therefore actually achieving the display effect with a narrow border.
