    Abstract: An array substrate having an embedded touch structure is disclosed. A common electrode layer is divided in to multiple first and second electrodes. Multiple first and second electrode connecting lines disposed in a touch wiring layer are respectively connected the first and second electrodes to a driving integrated chip one by one. A common voltage signal line, a first switching signal line and a first and second switches are disposed in a layout area. In a display sequence, the first switching signal controls the first and second switches to turn on, so the first and second electrode connecting lines are respectively connected to the common voltage signal line. In a touch sequence, the first switching signal controls the first and second switches to turn off to disconnect the first and second electrode connecting lines and the common voltage signal line. A display panel having the array substrate is also disclosed.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a TFT substrate and a display device. The TFT substrate comprises a scan line, a data line and a common electrode covering the scan line and the data line, wherein the data line and the scan line are disposed in a stagger, in order to divide the crosswise formed region into a plurality of pixel units; the common electrode comprises a plurality of common electrode units and a plurality of bridging portions overlapping with the scan lines and the data lines, wherein the common electrode unit and the pixel unit are correspondingly disposed, each bridging portion is connected with at least two adjacent common electrodes in order to make all of the common electrodes be electrically connected. Through the above ways, the present invention can reduce the RC constant and power consumption, thereby improving the product quality.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The thin film transistors are arranged matrix on the array substrate, a first passivation layer is arranged on the source/drain electrode of the thin film transistors, an organic transparent layer is arranged on the first passivation layer and is located in an area other than the area of the thin film transistors and the area between the adjacent two thin film transistors, post spacers are arranged on the surface of the array substrate, and is located between any two of the thin film transistors. By way of the above, the present disclosure can prevent the PS sliding in the hole of the organic transparent layer, it is possible to increase the stability of the PS.

    Abstract: An array substrate of a liquid crystal display is provided, and includes a glass substrate; and a driving circuit for generating a data signal and a scanning signal, and driving components in a display area. The driving circuit is disposed on the periphery of the glass substrate. The driving circuit includes a flexible circuit board and a driver chip disposed on the flexible circuit board. The driver chip and the flexible circuit board are integrally combined. In the array substrate, it is not necessary to dispose the driver chip on the glass substrate, so as to not only ensure that the display area is a full circle, but to also reduce the width of the periphery of the liquid crystal display, and therefore actually achieving the display effect with a narrow border.

    Abstract: The invention provides a touch array substrate, a touch display, and a display device. The touch array substrate includes a driving circuit layer, a touch layer, and a sleep state voltage equalizing connecting unit which are mutually insulated. The driving circuit layer includes driving scanning lines, odd row driving data signal lines, and even row driving data signal lines. The touch layer comprises touch scanning lines, odd row touch data signal lines, and even row touch data signal lines. In a display sleep state, the sleep state voltage equalizing connecting unit enables mutual electrical connection of the odd row driving data signal lines, the even row driving data signal lines, the odd row touch data signal lines, and the even row touch data signal lines.
