Abstract: The present invention provides a scan method of a touch signal. The different scan pulse signals with an amount corresponding to a plurality of driving lines are employed to perform scan simultaneously, and a corresponding coding is performed to each scan pulse signal; meanwhile, each of a plurality of receiving lines synchronously receives all the scan pulse signals, and a control chip is employed to decode the receiving signal received by each receiving line to determine the sources of the different signal segments in the receiving signal; as the finger touches, it is determined that the driving line corresponding to the number of the scan pulse signal is touched by the finger, and with combination of the receiving line corresponded with the receiving signal of the signal segment, of which the signal value becomes smaller, an touch position is acquired. The method can decrease an occupied period of performing scan to a touch signal by an In Cell touch control display device to increase the period of display signal scan for urging the In Cell touch control display device to be developed with higher resolution.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device and a backlight control method thereof are provided. In response to that average pixel brightness of image data is less than a threshold, a first backlight driving signal is generated based on gray level information of the image data and a second backlight driving signal is generated based on saturation information of the image data. A convolution operation is performed on the first and the second backlight driving signal to output a backlight driving signal. The backlight driving signal is modulated and provided to a backlight module for producing backlight to a liquid crystal panel. Power consumption of the backlight module is lowered and meanwhile a dark effect caused in displaying images of a pure color is improved.

Abstract: The disclosure provides an OLED display device and a driving method thereof. The OLED display device includes an OLED display module, a driving module, and a system module, and the driving module includes a display driving module and a human eye recognition module; the system module generates display data based on an image, the display driving module drives the OLED display module to display according to the data, and the human eye recognition module senses a human eye's focus area and gives feedback information to the system module; when the human eye recognition module senses the human eye's focus area, information thereof is fed back to the system module, the system module determines the focus and non-focus areas according to the information, then the display driving module turns off all or part of predetermined sub-pixels in the non-focus area. The disclosure can prolong the lifetime of the OLED display device.

Abstract: A touch display panel includes touch detection electrodes and fingerprint recognition electrodes that share a common electrode layer. The pixel electrodes function as a drive pixel layer to induce capacitive coupling with respect to the fingerprint recognition electrodes, based on which operations of displaying, touch detection, and fingerprint recognition are carried out in a time sharing manner. The touch display panel requires no integration of separately made fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel, and fingerprint detection can be realized with an existing layered structure of the touch display panel to thereby effectively save the manufacturing cost of the touch display device and achieve an effect of integrating a fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel. A touch display device that includes the touch display panel is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention proposes a touch panel display device and an array substrate. A touch panel display device includes a touch detecting circuit, touch detecting electrodes, and transmission paths. Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel of column inversion driving mode and a driving method thereof. With adding the charge control thin film transistor (T2) in the pixel driving circuit and according to the positive, negative voltages provided by the data line, the high, low voltage levels and pulse widths of the clock signal (CK) provided to the gate of the charge control thin film transistor (T2) are adjusted to control the times of respectively charging the pixels of two adjacent column with the positive, negative voltages, which can balance the charge effects of the pixels of two adjacent column with the positive, negative voltages to compensate the charge difference to the pixels of two adjacent columns caused by the positive, negative voltages for making the frame display effect uniform.
