摘要: An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.

The present disclosure provides a method for monitoring a carrier and transmitting a signal over an unlicensed band. The method includes: determining information on an LBT priority based on a signaling indication and thus a transmission parameter associated with the LBT priority when a UE operating on an unlicensed band carrier transmits a signal based on autonomous uplink access and uses a first category of LBT. The present disclosure further includes: selecting a transmission resource by determining the resource based on LBT information; and determining a scheme for CWS adjustment for LBT based on a scheduling scheme. With the present disclosure, a LAA UE can coexist with other UEs and/or other LAA UEs properly.

By applying the present disclosure, power waste generated in the following scene may be reduced. A scheduled uplink signal cannot be transmitted in a corresponding carrier due to a busy channel. Subsequently, uplink scheduling efficiency of the UE may be improved, and the whole network efficiency may also be enhanced.

摘要: The present application provides a power control method in a V2X communication, comprising the following steps of: acquiring, by a UE, power control parameters of a Physical V2X Shared Channel (PVSCH) or a Physical V2X Control Channel (PVCCH) in a V2X communication, the power control parameters comprising a second basic open-loop power, the second basic open-loop power reflecting an interrelationship between different V2X UEs; and, determining, by the UE, a transmission power of the PVSCH or the PVCCH according to the acquired power control parameters. With the present application, the performance of the V2X communication can be improved, and the power consumption of a V2X terminal can be reduced.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information. In the method provided by the present disclosure, an evolved Node B (eNB) transmits Downlink Assignment (DL-GRANT) within a time-frequency bundling window, which corresponds to an uplink subframe feeding back HARQ-ACK. A UE receives DL-GRANT scheduling downlink HARQ transmission in the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back HARQ-ACK in turn, obtains a DL DAI in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI; then, maps HARQ-ACK bits of the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back the HARQ-ACK to corresponding bits of a feedback bit sequence according to the mapping value of the DL DAI; and transmits the HARQ-ACK on an available uplink carrier. The present disclosure also provides a method for feeding back HARQ-ACK information. The UE transmits HARQ-ACK on an indicated carrier according to indication information of a base station. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, efficiency for feeding back the HARQ-ACK can be increased and downlink peak rate of the UE can be ensured.
