Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing congestion control when session management congestion occurs in a network system. The method comprises the steps of: transmitting, to an access and mobility function (AMF) node, a request message requesting access to the network system; and receiving a refusal message rejecting the access request from the AMF node when the session management congestion occurs, wherein upon receiving the refusal message, the request message may not be transmitted again for a predetermined period of time.

Abstract: The present description discloses a method for performing network selection and traffic routing by a user equipment (UE). The method can comprise the steps of: a non-access stratum (NAS) of the UE receiving from a mobility management entity (MME) an indication, for wireless local area network (WLAN) offloadability for a first public data network (PDN) connection, and information about a network-based IP flow mobility (NBIFOM); the NAS of the UE determining whether or not a collision exists between the indication and information; the NAS of the UE deciding for a suspension of the NBIFOM on the basis of the existence of collision; and the NAS of the UE transmitting to a PDN gateway (P-GW) a message or information, notifying the suspension of the NBIFOM, on the basis of the decision for the suspension of the NBIFOM.

Abstract: A method for resuming an RRC connection performed by a UE in a wireless communication system may include entering an EMM-IDLE mode with a suspend indication as the RRC connection is suspended; generating an initial NAS message when a procedure using the initial NAS message is triggered; requesting a resume of the RRC connection from an upper layer of the UE to a lower layer; and switching from the EMM-IDLE mode with the suspend indication to an EMM-CONNECTED mode when the upper layer receives an indication that the RRC connection is resumed from the lower layer.

Abstract: A method of transmitting data and an eNB are disclosed. The method of transmitting data, which is received from a user equipment and transmitted to a network entity by an eNB, can include the steps of receiving a data packet of the user equipment from a first layer different from an IP layer of the eNB in the IP layer, checking whether or not the data packet corresponds to a data packet transmitted by the first layer using a header of the data packet, if the data packet corresponds to the data packet transmitted by the first layer, adding an IP header selected using a pre-stored mapping table to the data packet, delivering the data packet to which the IP header is added to a second layer corresponding to a lower layer, and transmitting the data packet to which the IP header is added to the network entity.
