Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a packet data network (PDN) connection management method performed by packet data network gateway (P-GW). The method may comprise the steps of: establishing a first type PDN connection with a user equipment (UE); recognizing that an error has occurred in the first type PDN connection, after establishing the first type-PDN connection; and transmitting a delete bearer request message to a mobility management entity (MME) in order to perform a bearer de-activation procedure according to the recognition of the error occurrence. The delete bearer request message may include information indirectly indicating that an error has occurred in the first type PDN connection.

Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for a proxy-call session control function (P-CSCF) to obtain an identifier of a visited public land mobile network (V-PLMN) in order to register a user equipment (UE) roaming in the V-PLMN into an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) network. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a response message from an Interrogating-CSCF (I-CSCF) in response to the transmission of a REGISTER message for registering a user equipment into an IMS network; determining whether the received response message is a 401 unauthorized message; when the received response message is a 401 unauthorized message, transmitting the response message to the user equipment and generating an interface for transmitting and receiving data to and from an entity of an EPC network; and receiving an identifier of the V-PLMN from the entity of the EPC network.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of transmitting and receiving a message for a communication between UEs in a wireless communication system and an apparatus using the method. Specifically, in a method of relaying a V2X message by a first UE (User Equipment) in a wireless communication system supporting V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) communication, the method may comprise steps of receiving the V2X message from a second UE, calculating a resource usage rate of a direct link between UEs, determining a relay scheme of the V2X message, by comparing the calculated resource usage rate and a predetermined threshold, and transferring the V2X message to a third UE based on the determined relay scheme.
