    摘要: Helical winding is reliably carried out in a plurality of patterns at different angles in a short period of time. A filament winding apparatus for winding fiber bundles onto the surface of a mandrel includes a helical winding head for use in helical winding of the fiber bundles onto the mandrel. The helical winding head includes at least two guide arrays, each including a plurality of guide portions disposed along a circumferential direction of the mandrel, and a repositioning mechanism capable of repositioning the guide portions by rotating each guide array relative to another.

    摘要: To provide a punch press which can effectively suppress vibration even when punching operation is performed at high speed. The punch press according to the present invention includes a press drive source, a drive transmitting mechanism which transmits power from the press drive source to a punch tool, and the punch tool connected to the drive transmitting mechanism, wherein at least a part of the drive transmitting mechanism is made of a carbon fiber material. Accordingly, the weight of the drive transmitting mechanism is reduced, and thus it is possible to reduce the force of inertia generated by the mass transfer of the drive transmitting mechanism and effectively suppress vibration, even when punching operation is performed at high-speed. When the power transmitting mechanism is made lighter in such manner, there is the effect of reducing the noise during the punching operation and reducing the power consumed during the punching operation.

An interval adjusting means adjusts the interval between a virtual plane (Pf) which intersects with the guiding opening of a fiber bundle guide disposed on one of the helical heads so as to be orthogonal to the liner rotating axis and a virtual plane (Pw) which intersects with the guiding opening of a fiber bundle guide disposed on the other helical head so as to be orthogonal to the liner rotating axis.

    摘要: A filament winding apparatus detects that a fiber bundle is likely to break and prevents generation of defective products. The filament winding apparatus applies a prescribed winding tension to the fiber bundle unwound from a fiber bundle feeding package and winds the tension-applied fiber bundle around a mandrel. A tension applying portion applies the winding tension to the fiber bundle at a position that is immediately before a side of the mandrel between the fiber bundle package and the mandrel. A tension sensor detects the tension of the fiber bundle between the fiber bundle feeding package and the tension applying portion. A determination means determines a tension abnormality of the fiber bundle by comparing pre-set reference information with the tension measured value measured by the tension sensor.

    摘要: A filament winding apparatus includes a control unit, a rotation mechanism that rotates a mandrel, a hoop winding head that performs hoop-winding, and a helical winding head that performs helical-winding. The hoop winding head includes bobbins that feed fiber bundles to the mandrel and a circulation mechanism that circulates the bobbins around the mandrel. The control unit controls the rotation and circulation mechanisms such that the mandrel is rotated and the bobbins are circulated in the same direction during helical-winding. It is not necessary to cut fiber bundles after hoop-winding, and wasted fiber is not fed during helical-winding, thereby increasing economy and productivity.
