    Abstract: A method includes: receiving, by a first terminal device, a first downlink control channel on a third time-frequency resource; and based on the first downlink control channel and on a first time-frequency resource, sending, by the first terminal device, a first uplink message or receiving a first downlink message, where transmission directions of the first uplink message and a second downlink message are different, and the second downlink message is a message that the network device schedules a second terminal device to receive on a second time-frequency resource; transmission directions of the first downlink message and a second uplink message are different, and the second uplink message is a message that the network device schedules the second terminal device to send on the second time-frequency resource; and the first time-frequency resource and the second time-frequency resource include a same time domain resource and a same frequency domain resource.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for transmitting control information and an apparatus. The method includes: When a time domain resource for transmitting first control information on a first PUCCH conflicts in a first time unit with a time domain resource for transmitting a first transport block on a first PUSCH, a terminal device determines, based on a relationship between a payload size of the first control information and a first threshold, a first time domain resource for transmitting the first control information. The first threshold is a maximum quantity of bits of the first control information that can be sent by the terminal device in the first time unit without generating a first result. The first result is that some information bits in the first transport block cannot be transmitted. The terminal device transmits the first control information on the first time domain resource. By using the method, impact of the first control information on transmission of the information bits in the first transport block can be reduced, so that all information bits in a transport block can be transmitted, and transmission performance of the transport block on a PUSCH can be better ensured.

    Abstract: A signal sending and receiving method and an apparatus is described. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a first downlink signal from a network device in a first time unit of a first carrier, where the first carrier is a TDD carrier; determining, based on the first time unit, a second time unit used to send first feedback information for the first downlink signal on a second carrier, where the second carrier is an FDD uplink carrier; and sending the first feedback information to the network device on the second last symbol and/or the last symbol of the second time unit of the second carrier. Feedback information for a downlink signal on the first carrier is sent on the second carrier, so that a requirement of sending an uplink signal on the first carrier by the terminal device is reduced, thereby improving data transmission efficiency.
