    Abstract: The present invention discloses an uplink transmission method, a base station, and a terminal device, to implement uplink multiuser scheduling and multiuser resource multiplexing, and save resources. The method in embodiments of the present invention includes: obtaining, by a base station, first configuration information and instruction information, where the first configuration information is channel contention configuration information before uplink data is sent, the instruction information is information that instructs a terminal device to send a channel occupancy indication signal, and the channel occupancy indication signal is used to indicate that a current channel belongs to a radio access technology user; and sending, by the base station, the first configuration information and the instruction information to the terminal device, so that the terminal device sends the channel occupancy indication signal based on the first configuration information and the instruction information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method, user equipment, and an access network device. UE transmits air interface data to an access network device by using a serving cell set including at least two core serving cells that can independently serve the UE to transmit data, and initiates an RRC connection re-establishment process to the access network device only when detecting that all core serving cells in the serving cell set are unavailable. Data transmission is performed by using an available serving cell to the greatest extent. In other words, data transmission can be performed by using any available core serving cell, to reduce the dependence of data transmission between serving cells and minimize possibility of data transmission interruption, thereby improving data transmission robustness.

Different data processing is implemented for to-be-transmitted uplink service data of preset granularities corresponding to different QoS requirement parameters, so that QoS requirements of uplink service data of different preset granularities are satisfied.

The method includes: completing, by an unlicensed-spectrum base station, preemption of a radio channel of an unlicensed spectrum at a first time point; determining, by the unlicensed-spectrum base station, a second time point, where the second time point is a subframe boundary at which the base station starts to send an effective subframe; intensively sending, by the unlicensed-spectrum base station, synchronization signals in a first time period between the first time point and the second time point, so that user equipment UE completes uplink synchronization in the first time period; and starting, by the base station, to send the effective subframe at the second time point.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a base station, and a user equipment (UE). The method includes: generating, by a first base station, downlink radio link control (RLC) protocol data units (PDUs); and sending, by the first base station, a first part of downlink RLC PDUs in the downlink RLC PDUs to a user equipment UE, and sending a second part of downlink RLC PDUs in the downlink RLC PDUs to a second base station, so that the second base station sends the second part of downlink RLC PDUs to the UE. Hence, the first base station and the second base station are capable of jointly sending data to the UE, thereby improving a peak rate and a throughput of the UE.

    Abstract: A subframe processing method and device are disclosed. The subframe processing method includes: if data packets that are not received by an evolved NodeB (eNB) include at least two consecutive Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) data packets to be scheduled in a Dynamic Schedule Period (DSP) by the eNB, setting a subframe of the eNB that is used to transmit Dynamic Schedule Information (DSI) corresponding to the DSP to null. When the eNB finds that consecutive MBMS data packets are lost and/or that a type 0 Protocol Data Unit (PDU) group is lost, a subframe used to transmit the DSI may be set to null, thereby preventing the eNB from transmitting incorrect DSI which may interfere with other eNBs and cause incorrect data receiving of a user equipment (UE).
