Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to communication technologies and provide a method for transmitting or retransmitting data in a transport block. The transport block includes one or more code block groups, and each code block group includes one or more code blocks. A data processing device determines a code block group in the transport block that needs to be transmitted. Each code block in the code block group is processed by the data processing device to obtain a bit sequence. The data processing device transmits one or more bit sequences obtained by processing one or more code blocks in the code block group. The method and the apparatus provided in this application help reduce waste of air interface resources.

Abstract: This application relates to communicating information between communication devices. A channel coding method is disclosed. A communication device obtains an input sequence of K bits. The communication device encodes the input sequence using a low density parity check (LDPC) matrix H, to obtain an encoded sequence. The LDPC matrix H is determined according to a base matrix and a lifting factor Z. The base matrix includes m rows and n columns, m is greater than or equal to 5, and n is greater than or equal to 27. The lifting factor Z satisfies a relationship of 22*Z≥K. According to the encoding method provided in the embodiments, information bit sequences of a plurality of lengths can be encoded for transmission between the communication devices.

Abstract: An information transmission method and a related apparatus are provided. The method includes: transmitting, by a first device, a TB to a second device; and transmitting, to the second device before a feedback time corresponding to the TB, original data of a first CB included in the TB, where the first CB is a CB that meets a condition necessary for system bits being occupied. In this case, a waiting time for the first device to transmit the first CB is effectively shortened, and feedback overheads are reduced. Alternatively, the first device may directly transmit first indication information to the second device, and in this case, according to the first indication information, the second device may not directly transmit feedback information of the first CB, thereby effectively reducing feedback overheads. Alternatively, the first device may transmit original data of the first CB and first indication information to the second device, so that the first device can transmit the first CB to the second device in time, thereby further ensuring that feedback overheads are effectively reduced.
