Abstract: A rotating shaft assembly, including a shaft sleeve which has an inner cavity, a second shaft, and a flexible circuit board. A part of the second shaft is located in the inner cavity and is rotatably connected to the shaft sleeve, and the other part of the second shaft is located outside the inner cavity. The flexible circuit board includes a first electrical connection end and a second electrical connection end located outside the inner cavity, a mounting part located between the first electrical connection end and the second electrical connection end, which includes a wound part and a laminated part that are connected, the wound part is wound around the part that is of the second shaft and located in the inner cavity, the laminated part is in a folded state, and at least a part of the laminated part is accommodated in a channel of the second shaft.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an encoding method and a related device. The method includes: receiving a to-be-encoded code block whose length is L, where L is a positive integer; and encoding the to-be-encoded code block to obtain a forward error correction FEC code, where a valid information length K of the FEC code is an integer multiple of a largest prime factor of L, and a total length N of the FEC code is a sum of K and a product of 2 and an error correction capability T of the FEC code. According to the embodiments of this application, it can be ensured that an FEC codeword satisfies a requirement for a low latency and a high gain.

A first magnet and a second magnet are located on two sides of the loop coil, and when a current whose direction periodically varies flows through the loop coil, an Ampere force whose direction periodically varies is applied to the loop coil under an action of a magnetic field formed by the first magnet and the second magnet, so that the loop coil drives the swing plate to swing back and forth. Abstract: A camera assembly and a mobile terminal comprise an optical image stabilization motor with relatively large electromagnetic radiation, for example, a SMA motor. The SMA motor could be disposed on a lighting side of the lens assembly. Because an image sensor is located on an imaging side of the lens assembly, this can achieve a relatively long physical distance between the SMA motor and the image sensor, thereby reducing electromagnetic interference caused by the SMA motor to the image sensor.
