Abstract: A communication method and a communications device are provided. In the method, a first base station receives a first message; the first base station determines, based on the first message, whether to allocate a new RNA to a terminal in an inactive state; and the first base station allocates a new RNA to the terminal in the inactive state after determining to allocate a new RNA to the terminal in the inactive state, so as to reduce signaling overheads; and/or the first base station receives a second message; the first base station determines a communication status of the terminal in the inactive state based on the second message; and after determining that the terminal needs to change the communication status, the first base station controls the terminal to change the communication status.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for detecting and processing a radio link and an apparatus. The method includes: configuring, by a access network device, independent radio link detection parameters for one or more wireless physical layer parameters used by a terminal device; and detecting, by the terminal device, radio links of the one or more wireless physical layer parameters, reporting a detected radio link failure of a wireless physical layer parameter to the access network device, and processing, under scheduling and configuration performed by the access network device, data on the wireless physical layer parameter whose radio link fails.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a wireless communication method, user equipment, and an access network device. The method includes: when user equipment (UE) is to transmit an uplink first data flow, if the first data flow is a new data flow and the first data flow belongs to a service pre-authorized to the UE, sending, by the UE, a bearer setup request to an access network device; and receiving, by the UE, a bearer setup response sent by the access network device, where the bearer setup response includes a bearer identifier, and the bearer identifier is an identifier of a bearer that is set up.
