    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and apparatuses for transmitting MTC DCI, base stations, and user equipment. The method includes: determining a DCI transmission region configured for an MTC device, generating and sending control resource configuration information to the MTC device; determining an information detection capability of the MTC device in the DCI transmission region, where the information detection capability indicates whether the MTC device supports searching for DCI from a target resource region; mapping a target physical resource in the DCI transmission region according to the information detection capability and a preset resource mapping mode, where the target physical resource carries the DCI of the MTC device; and transmitting the DCI to the MTC device through the target physical resource mapped in the DCI transmission region. With the methods of transmitting MTC DCI provided by the present disclosure, transmission resources can be effectively utilized.

    Abstract: Methods and devices for transmitting machine type communication (MTC) system information are provided. A base station determines the ability of an MTC apparatus to detect information in a cell. The ability to detect information includes whether the MTC apparatus supports searching for default MTC system information in a target resource region. The base station may further map a target physical resource in a time-frequency region corresponding to the preset sub-frame according to the information detection ability and a preset resource mapping manner. The target physical resource is used to load the default MTC system information. The base station may also broadcast the preset MTC system information by the target physical resource.

    Abstract: A library of reference signal ports, a library of reuse factor identifications (ID) for Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA), and a library of time-frequency resources broadcast by a base station (BS) can be received by user equipment (UE). A time-frequency resource in the library of time-frequency resources, a reuse factor ID in the library of reuse factor IDs, and a reference signal port in the library of reference signal ports can be selected. An initial sequence acquired by scrambling uplink data to be transmitted to the BS on the time-frequency resource is determined according to at least one of the reuse factor ID selected or the reference signal port selected, as well as a first numbering corresponding to a cell where the UE camps.

The Msg.B is configured to indicate respective feedback parameters of HARQ feedback terminals in the at least one terminal, and respective HARQ feedback resources of the HARQ feedback terminals are different. The base station receives, on the respective HARQ feedback resources of retransmission terminals, HARQ feedback sent for the Msg.B by the retransmission terminals respectively.
