    Abstract: A display panel includes: a plurality of pixel circuits arranged on base substrate, at least one pixel circuit includes a drive transistor and a first switch transistor; an active layer arranged on base substrate and including a first active portion and a second active portion, the first active portion is configured to form a channel portion of the drive transistor, the second active portion is configured to form a second electrode connection portion of the first switch transistor; and a first conductive layer arranged on a side of the active layer away from the base substrate, the first conductive layer includes a first conductive portion, a portion of the first conductive portion is used to form a gate electrode of the drive transistor, another portion is electrically connected to the second active portion and a channel length of the channel portion of the drive transistor is greater than a channel width.

    Abstract: A display substrate, including a base substrate, a plurality of pixel units, and a pixel definition layer. The pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, a third sub-pixel, and a fourth sub-pixel. The fourth sub-pixel is a white sub-pixel, and any two of the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, the third sub-pixel and the fourth sub-pixel display different colors. In at least one pixel unit, at least one of the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel is located in a different row from the fourth sub-pixel. In at least one pixel unit, each of orthographic projections of a first opening of the first sub-pixel, a second opening of the second sub-pixel and a third opening of the third sub-pixel on the base substrate has an area less than that of a fourth opening of the fourth sub-pixel on the base substrate.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of OLED microcavity structure is provided. The manufacturing method includes: forming a reflective anode on a substrate; forming a transparent conductive film layer having a thickness corresponding to a required pixel on the reflective anode; patterning the transparent conductive film layer and the reflective anode with a pixel mask corresponding to the required pixel to form a pattern of the required pixel; and repeating the above steps on a resultant structure surface according to display requirements until a pixel display structure required by a display device is obtained.

    Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. The display substrate includes a base, a first electrode, a first auxiliary cathode, a second electrode and a second auxiliary cathode, a pixel definition layer and a cathode. The first and second electrodes are located in the display area and the first and second auxiliary cathodes are located in the non-emitting area. The orthogonal projections of the first auxiliary cathode and the second auxiliary cathode on the base are in a mesh structure. The pixel definition layer is at least located in the non-emitting area. The cathode at least covers the display area and the cathode is arranged on one side of the pixel definition layer far away from the base; wherein the cathode, the first auxiliary cathode and the second auxiliary cathode are electrically connected.

    Abstract: The present application provides a display substrate, a method of manufacturing the same and a display panel. The display substrate includes pixel units each including a light emitting region and a transparent display region. A light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting functional layer and a second electrode is provided in the light emitting region, and second electrodes of light emitting elements forms a second electrode layer having an integral structure. The display substrate further includes an auxiliary electrode in the light emitting region and an auxiliary connection member made of a transparent conductive material. A portion of the auxiliary connection member is in the light emitting region and electrically coupled with the auxiliary electrode and another portion thereof is in the transparent display region and electrically coupled with the second electrode layer.
