Abstract: A display panel for 3D display is disclosed. It includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in rows and columns, each of the plurality of pixel units including a plurality of sub pixels. The pixel units in adjacent columns are used as left-eye pixel units and right-eye pixel units, respectively, and intermediate sub pixels are provided between the sub pixels of the pixel units in the adjacent columns, and brightness values output by the intermediate sub pixels are equal to zero. A display device and a pixel driving method are also disclosed. The display panel, the display device and the pixel driving method can reduce a crosstalk caused by the light leakage of the grating, thereby improving a display performance of the display device.

Abstract: A backlight module, a display device and a method for driving the same are disclosed, such that brightness of display device can be increased when rendering 3D display. The backlight module includes a light guide plate, a light-splitting structure and an edge light source, wherein the light-splitting structure includes a plurality of strip-shaped first light-splitting units and a plurality of strip-shaped second light-splitting units, the first light-splitting unit and second light-splitting unit are alternately disposed on the light output surface of the light guide plate, each of first light-splitting unit and second light-splitting unit comprises at least one grating strip, the first light-splitting unit is configured for directing light to output towards a first position external to the backlight module, and the second light-splitting unit is configured for directing light to emit towards a second position external to the backlight module. The backlight module is applied into the display device, such that the display device achieves 3D display function.

Abstract: A 3D display device and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The 3D display device includes a backlight module, a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel and a control module; the backlight module includes a light guide plate (LGP) and a plurality of light sources; light emitted by the plurality of light sources is at least partially incident into the LGP; a plurality of grating pixels are disposed on a surface at a light-existing side of the LGP; the LCD panel includes a plurality of light-adjusting pixels; and the control module is connected with the backlight module and the LCD panel, and configured to drive the plurality of light sources to be lit sequentially or simultaneously within a time period of one frame and adjust a gray scale of each light-adjusting pixel in the LCD panel in a time period of lighting each light source.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The display apparatus comprises a display device, an out-cell device and a flexible printed circuit board for being connected to an external signal. The display device has a first category of leads and a second category of leads; the out-cell device has reserved leads, and the reserved leads are electrically connected to the second category of leads; and the flexible printed circuit board has a first category of pins and a second category of pins, the first category of leads are electrically connected to the first category of pins, and the second category of leads are electrically connected to the second category of pins. In this way, the reserved leads are electrically connected to the second category of leads, while the second category of leads are electrically connected to the second category of pins, thereby enabling conduction between the out-cell device and the external signal. As compared with the prior art in which the out-cell device and the display device are provided with their respective flexible printed circuit boards, the display apparatus as provided in the embodiments of the present invention omits the step of separately making a flexible printed circuit board of the out-cell device, thereby reducing the cost of production of the display apparatus and at the same time further simplifying the structure of the out-cell device of the display apparatus.
