Abstract: A method for analyzing a biochip image is provided, including: (S1) acquiring and preprocessing the biochip image to obtain a preprocessed image; (S2) performing a correction for angle deflection on the preprocessed image to obtain a deflection-corrected image; and (S3) performing an enhancement processing on the deflection-corrected image, and identifying a positive or negative of an area of interest in the preprocessed image according to an image on which the enhancement processing has been performed. Abstract: A data transmission method, includes: receiving N data packets sent by a communication opposite-end device, wherein each data packet includes a piece of target data, and N is a positive integer greater than 1; according to a receiving sequence of the N data packets from a first data packet to an Nth data packet, sequentially determining whether a transmission error occurs in each data packet; if it is determined that a data packet is transmitted incorrectly, storing, in a first queue, a piece of first indication information which indicates the data packet is transmitted incorrectly; and after it is determined that the reception of the N data packets ends, generating a first retransmission instruction, and sending the first retransmission instruction to the communication opposite-end device, wherein the first retransmission instruction includes information in the first queue.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of biochip detection, and provides a biochip detection method, a biochip detection device, and an biochip detection apparatus. The biochip detection method includes: introducing a to-be-tested sample into a biochip, the biochip including a plurality of micro-reaction chambers; performing PCR amplification on the to-be-tested sample in the biochip; irradiating the biochip with excitation light rays at different intensities, and collecting images of the biochip under the excitation light rays at different intensities, the excitation light rays being used to excite a fluorescent probe in the to-be-tested sample to emit light; performing data processing on the collected images to obtain the quantity of positive micro-reaction chambers; and calculating the quantity of copies of the to-be-tested sample in accordance with the quantity of positive micro-reaction chambers.
