Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry coupled to memory. To configure the UE for New Radio (NR) communications above a 52.6 GHz carrier frequency, the processing circuitry is to decode radio resource control (RRC) signaling to obtain a cyclic shift value in time domain. The cyclic shift value is associated with a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) antenna port (AP) of a plurality of available DM-RS APs. A single carrier based waveform DM-RS sequence corresponding to the DM-RS AP is generated using a base sequence and the cyclic shift value. The single carrier based waveform DM-RS sequence is encoded with uplink data for transmission to a base station using a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) using a carrier above the 52.6 GHz carrier frequency.

Abstract: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE), Generation Node-B (gNB) and methods of communication are disclosed herein. The UE may attempt to decode sidelink synchronization signals (SLSSs) received on component carriers (CCs) of a carrier aggregation. In one configuration, synchronization resources for SLSS transmissions may be aligned across the CCs at subframe boundaries in time, restricted to a portion of the CCs, and restricted to a same sub-frame. The UE may, for multiple CCs, determine a priority level for the CC based on indicators in the SLSSs received on the CC. The UE may select, from the CCs on which one or more SLSSs are decoded, the CC for which the determined priority level is highest. The UE may determine a reference timing for sidelink communication based on the one or more SLSSs received on the selected CC.

Abstract: User equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry, where to configure the UE for New Radio (NR) communications in an unlicensed spectrum, the processing circuitry is to decode a first configuration message received from a base station, the first configuration message including a channel quality indicator (CQI) table indication identifying a CQI table. A second configuration message is decoded, the second configuration message received separately from the first configuration message and including a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) table indication identifying an MCS table. DCI received via a PDCCH is decoded, the DCI providing a DL grant and an MCS index in the MCS table. DL information received via a PDSCH is decoded using modulation order and target code rate corresponding to the MCS index in the MCS table.

The network device can also process or generate one or more multiple Configuration-Grant (CG) PUSCH configurations. The presence of a repetition level bit-field in a Downlink Control Information (DCI) carrying UL grant or activating UL configured grant PUSCH can be controlled by semi-static UE-specific RRC signaling enabling or disabling the dynamic signaling of PUSCH repetitions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe methods, apparatuses, storage media, and systems for determining a capability of a UE to support a first downlink control information (DCI) format for Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) reception in a downlink (DL) bandwidth part (BWP) and a second DCI format for scheduling uplink (UL) grants for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission in a UL bandwidth part (BWP), where the first DCI format is different from DCI formats 1_0 or 1_1, and the second DCI format is different from DCI formats 0_0 or 0_1. Furthermore, a base station may determine search spaces for monitoring physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates to obtain DCI formats indicated by the base station. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
