    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a hollow fiber membrane module which maximizes the efficiency of removing scale-like contaminants generated at the water treatment using hollow fiber membranes, and a method of manufacturing the same. The hollow fiber membrane module includes hollow fiber membranes for making water treatment due to the pressure difference, and a collector fixing the hollow fiber membranes in bundle. A treated-water tube is extended to the inside of the collector, and communicated with the inner passage of the hollow fiber membranes to deliver the water treated through the hollow fiber membranes. A diffuser is installed at the collector to diffuse bubbles to the hollow fiber membranes. An air tube is extended to the collector, and connected to the diffuser to feed air. Dividers are installed over the collector to partition the hollow fiber membranes into a plurality of bundles.

Forming reflective bumps on a conductive carrier, and polishing the reflective bumps to form inclined surfaces, can reduce lead time and can provide a high degree of freedom in design.

    摘要: A casting roll moving apparatus for a twin roll type continuous strip casting process is disclosed. The casting roll moving apparatus is used with a twin roll type strip casting machine that produces a strip through a method in which, while high-temperature steel melt is supplied between twin rolls which rotate in opposite direction, a large amount of heat is dissipated through the rolls by contact between the steel melt and the rolls, so that the steel melt is rapidly solidified. Opposite ends of the rolls are automatically aligned, so that the recovery rate of the apparatus is increased, and a stable casting process is ensured. Because friction of the apparatus is markedly reduced so that an even rolling force is ensured, a gap between the rolls is maintained constant. Thus, the thickness of a cast strip is maintained constant, and the problem of the occurrence of an uneven surface pattern is solved.

    摘要: A synchronous switching regulator controller incorporates a switch detection circuit to determine the presence or absence of a power switch at the output of a switch driver so that the switch driver can be disabled when it is left unused. In one embodiment, the synchronous controller includes a switch detection circuit receiving a power cycle signal and the PWM ramp clock signal and measuring a voltage at an output node of the switch driver. The switch detection circuit provides a driver enable signal in response to the assertion of the power cycle signal. The driver enable signal has a first logical state when the voltage at the output node of the switch driver is greater than a reference voltage and a second logical state when the voltage at the output node is less than a reference voltage. The switch driver can be disabled based on the driver enable signal.
