Abstract:
A system and method for engaging a mobile device. An event related to an application may be captured on a mobile device by code embedded in the application. Information related to the event may be sent to a server. A server may compute a next best action to take. A communication channel may be selected based on the event and based on a set of rules. A session may be established according to the selected communication channel.
Abstract:
A system and method for determining a risk root cause are provided. A first and second fraud related risk scores respectively associated with a first and second nodes may be determined. A relation strength value related to at least one relation between the first and second nodes may be determined. A relation strength value and a first and second node risk scores may be used to calculate a cluster risk score for a cluster including the first and second nodes. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
Abstract:
The subject matter discloses a method for detection and analysis of first contact resolution failures comprising: obtaining a first plurality of digital representations, each digital representation of the first plurality is associated with a contact center interaction; determining a pair of digital representations that represent a pair of contact center interactions determined from the first plurality of digital representations according to metadata associated with the pair of contact center interactions; determining topics of each interaction of the determined pair of contact center interactions represented by the pair of digital representations; classifying the pair of contact center interactions as first contact resolution failure or first contact resolution interactions pair.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for sentiment lexicon expansion receive at least a domain specific corpus comprising a plurality of words, and a generic sentiment lexicon; parse the plurality of words in the domain specific corpus into a plurality of dependency relations; identify, using one or more syntactic dependency rules and at least one of the plurality of dependency relations, a set of one or more sentiment candidates in the domain specific corpus; filter from the set of one or more sentiment candidates any sentiment candidate having an expected performance below a predefined threshold; sample the filtered set of one or more sentiment candidates to be used in a qualitative evaluation; and, for each sentiment candidate that passes the qualitative evaluation, add the sentiment candidate to the generic sentiment lexicon.
Abstract:
A system and method for searching for an element in speech related documents may include transcribing a set of speech recordings to a set of phoneme strings and including the phoneme strings in a set of phonetic transcriptions. A system and method may reverse-index the phonetic transcriptions according to one or more phonemes such that the one or more phonemes can be used as a search key for searching the phoneme in the phonetic transcriptions. A system and method may transcribe a textual search term into a set of search phoneme strings and use the set of search phoneme strings to search for an element in the set of phonetic transcriptions.
Abstract:
A recording server and method for recording and modifying a video dataset, the recording server including a memory storing a code, and at least one processor configured to execute the code, wherein the code includes instructions for receiving a video dataset including an initial fully-coded frame and subsequent plurality of partially-coded frames, selecting at least one of the plurality of partially-coded frames, for replacement of each of the selected frames with a corresponding fully-coded frame, and for each selected partially-coded frame, calculating the corresponding fully-coded frame and replacing the selected partially-coded frame with the calculated corresponding fully-coded frame.
Abstract:
A method for adapting a phonetic dictionary for peculiarities of a speech of an at least one speaker, comprising generating search pronunciations for a search term, retrieving audio sections from an audio database for each search pronunciation, audibly presenting to a person the audio sections of the speech of the at least one speaker, and updating the phonetic dictionary based on acceptability of the audio sections determined from judgments by the person regarding intelligibility of the audio sections in audibly pronouncing the provided at least one word, wherein the method is performed on an at least one computerized apparatus configured to perform the method.
Abstract:
Responsive to concurrently recording on a plurality of recorders a telephonic interaction constructing a plurality of playlists, and according to faults identified while recording the plurality of playlists evaluating a quantitative quality score for each playlist in the plurality of playlists and presenting the playlists in a prioritized order according to the scores thereof.
Abstract:
Systems and methods of managing customer journeys are implemented using one or more processors in a computing system. Each journey may comprise a succession of interactions at interaction points such as telephone conversations, responses to an interactive voice response “IVR” system and viewing a web page. Customer journey scores are determined for customers at one or more interaction points along the customer journey and the customer journey score is used to determine whether and when an intervention should take place. Models for determining customer journey scores may be created for a set of customers based on one or both of subjective and objective data relating to a subset of the set of customers that have made some or part of the journey, e.g. customers that have responded to polls. An intervention may take place during the journey or after completion of the journey.
Abstract:
A system or method for automatic calculation of scene geometry may include receiving, by a processor, a video stream including a plurality of video frames. A video frame may be divided into blocks, and a vertical vanishing point of the video stream may be determined based on a dominant orientation of detected edges in the blocks. A horizon and scale of the video stream may be estimated based on optical flow of pixels between two consecutive video frames. A set of human heads may be detected in a video frame of the video stream based on the estimated horizon and scale of the video stream.
