摘要: A communication device stores a first secret key and a first public key, and the on-vehicle authentication device stores a second secret key, a second public key and a signature verification key. The on-vehicle authentication device acquires the first public key, verifies the authenticity of the electronic signature using a signature verification key, encrypts the second public key using the authentic first public key and transmits the encrypted second public key. The communication device receives the encrypted second public key, decrypts the encrypted second public key using the first secret key, encrypts the first public key using the decrypted second public key. The on-vehicle authentication device receives the encrypted first public key, decrypts the encrypted first public key using the second secret key, and authenticates that the communication device is an authentic device when the decrypted first public key has been determined to be authentic.

摘要: A three-dimensional image reconstruction method associated with the present invention includes the steps of: obtaining a first transmission electron microscope image of a sample containing the membrane proteins present within a lipid membrane, the image having been taken by illuminating an electron beam on the sample from a direction tilted relative to a line normal to the membrane surface of the lipid membrane; obtaining a second transmission electron microscope image of the sample taken by illuminating the electron beam on the sample perpendicularly to the membrane surface of the lipid membrane; identifying orientations of the membrane proteins of the first transmission electron microscope image on a basis of the second transmission electron microscope image; and analyzing a three-dimensional structure of the membrane proteins from the first transmission electron microscope image on a basis of information about the identified orientations of the membrane proteins.

摘要: Electrons excited by irradiation of a visible light to a sample is at an energy level lower than a vacuum level, thus photoelectrons are not emitted from the sample and energy of excited electrons cannot be measured. The visible light is irradiated to the sample through a mesh electrode. A surface film for reducing the vacuum level is formed on a surface of the sample. With the surface film being formed, photoelectrons are obtained by the visible light, and these photoelectrons are accelerated by the mesh electrode toward a photoelectron spectrometer. Ultraviolet light may be irradiated to the sample and metal having same potential therewith. In this case, the mesh electrode is set at a retracted position to prohibit interaction of the mesh electrode and the ultraviolet light. A difference between the valence band and the Fermi level of the sample can be measured.

Provided are a cell preparation and a medicinal composition for ameliorating and treating chronic lung disease in newborns, said cell preparation and medicinal composition comprising SSEA-3-positive pluripotent stem cells isolated from a mesenchymal tissue in a living body or cultured mesenchymal cells. The cell preparation according to the present invention is based on a mechanism whereby the aforesaid disease is ameliorated and treated by administering Muse cells to a subject suffering from the disease and engrafting the cells in lung tissues.

摘要: The present invention aims at providing a novel indocyanine compound solving problems of conventionally used indocyanine green, such as solubility in water or physiological saline, a synthesis method and a purification method thereof, and a diagnostic composition including the novel indocyanine compound. Further, provided are a method for evaluating biokinetics of the novel indocyanine compound and a device for measuring biokinetics, and a method and a device for visualizing circulation of fluid such as blood in a living body, which utilize the diagnostic composition. Also, found are a novel indocyanine compound in which a hydrophobic moiety in a near-infrared fluorescent indocyanine molecule is included in a cavity of a cyclic sugar chain cyclodextrin to cover the hydrophobic moiety in the indocyanine molecule with the glucose, and a synthesis method and a purification method thereof. Furthermore, found are a method for fluorescence-imaging an organ other than liver by intravenous administration, a method for evaluating biokinetics of the novel indocyanine compound, a device for measuring biokinetics, and a method and a device for visualizing circulation of fluid such as blood in a living body, utilizing the diagnostic composition including the novel indocyanine compound.

摘要: A molding method and a molding system for improving a molding speed of a resin molded member. In the method, firstly a thermoplastic resin composite material is filled in a metal mold (i.e., at time T0), and subsequently a mold-clamping process gets started. As the mold-clamping process progresses, a first decompression circuit starts to decompress an inside of a cavity when the cavity is closed by a sealing member provided on the metal mold. Then, as the mold-clamping process further progresses, the thermoplastic resin composite material thus filled in the metal mold contacts an upper mold of the metal mold (i.e., at time T2). After that, a second decompression circuit starts to decompress the inside of the cavity, thereby to complete the mold-clamping process (i.e., at time T3).
