    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) or a base station may be configured to indicate that a transmission occasion is empty while operating in a full-duplex mode. In some examples, the UE may transmit, to the base station, an indication that an uplink transmission occasion (for example, a configured grant transmission occasion) will not be used by the UE for transmitting an uplink communication. In some other examples, the base station may transmit, to the UE, an indication a downlink transmission occasion (for example, semi-persistent scheduling transmission occasion) will not be used by the base station for transmitting a downlink communication. If uplink or downlink transmission occasions are empty, the UE and the base station may each update parameters to operate in a half-duplex mode.

    Abstract: Aspects for MAC CE configurations for beam failure recovery operations are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication comprising: determining, by a user equipment (UE), a beam failure recovery for a serving cell; transmitting, by the UE, a beam failure recovery request for the serving cell; and transmitting, by the UE, a MAC CE including new beam information and including serving cell identification information multiple serving cells, including the serving cell, wherein the serving cell identification information identifies the multiple serving cells.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a second UE, a first message to indicate a sidelink bandwidth part (BWP) switch, for the first UE, to a first sidelink BWP, wherein the first message includes an indication of the first sidelink BWP and a first sidelink resource pool in the first sidelink BWP. The UE may receive, from the second UE, a second message that confirms the sidelink BWP switch for the first UE. The UE may transmit, to the second UE, a third message to activate the sidelink BWP switch, for the first UE, to the first sidelink BWP, based at least in part on receiving the second message that confirms the sidelink BWP switch.     Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to mechanisms for priority based decisions regarding when to cancel or maintain configured transmissions that overlap with dynamically scheduled transmissions. An example method performed by a user equipment (UE) generally includes determining that a configured transmission overlaps in time with a dynamically scheduled transmission, and deciding whether to cancel or maintain the configured transmission based on a priority of at least one of the configured transmission or an uplink transmission associated with the dynamically scheduled transmission when the time between an end of a downlink control information (DCI) that scheduled the dynamically scheduled transmission and a start of the configured transmission is greater than a threshold processing time.

    Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, for resolution of conflicts between HD and FD configurations is disclosed. The UE receives a configuration indicating that a first set of symbols is configured for HD communication with at least one of D symbols, U symbols, or F symbols in which the F symbols are configured as D or U. The UE receives DCI scheduling FD communication including an FD transmission and an FD reception on a second set of symbols. The second set of symbols have a third set of symbols in common with the first set of symbols. The third set of symbols have conflicting HD and FD configurations. The UE cancels, based on the conflicting HD and FD configurations of the third set of symbols, at least one of the FD transmission or the FD reception in the third set of symbols.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling scheduling downlink messages and indicating one or more transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for reception of the one or more downlink messages during multiple transmission and reception point (mTRP) operation. The UE may identify that the downlink messages are scheduled for reception prior to an end of an offset window associated with processing the one or more TCI states. The UE may select one or more default unified TCI states to receive the downlink messages based on one or more conditions or parameters. The UE may receive the one or more downlink messages via the selected one or more default unified TCI states based on an arrival of the one or more downlink messages occurring prior to the end of the offset window.

    Abstract: A configuration for configuring and updating the spatial relationship of multiple physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources in a single message, thereby reducing signaling overhead. A user equipment (UE) constructs a message associated with at least one of a plurality of component carriers (CCs) or a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) indicating a same spatial relation for the at least one of the plurality of CCs or the plurality of BWPs. The UE transmits the message to a base station. A user equipment (UE) may store configurations for candidate physical cell identifiers (PCIs) that the UE may select from for inter-cell mobility. A base station or a UE or both may identify a first configuration indicating a number of configured PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. The base station or the UE or both may identify a second configuration indicating a number of selected PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. In some cases, the selected PCIs may be a subset of the configured PCIs. Identifying the number of configured PCIs and the number of selected PCIs by the base station and UE may be based on a capability report configured by the UE. The UE and the base station may perform an inter-cell mobility operation based on stored cell configurations associated with the configured PCIs and the selected PCIs.
