Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating on-demand ephemeris and beam information requests are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes transmitting a request for requested information, the requested information including one or more of system information and satellite information. The example method also includes receiving a response message based on the request, the response message including one or more of: an NTN system information block, satellite information associated with at least one requested communication satellite, and beam information associated with the at least one requested communication satellite.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to communicating with one or more cells for receiving a multicast and/or broadcast service (MBS), and providing MBS continuity in device mobility scenarios. In an aspect, one or more cells for reselection from a current cell can be detected, where the current cell supports a UE interested MBS. The one or more cells can be evaluated for reselection based at least in part on whether the one or more cells support the UE interested MBS to determine a target cell for reselection. Cell reselection can be performed to the target cell.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. that support preconfigured uplink resources (PUR) in wireless communications. A base station may communicate that support for PUR is available, and may allocate PUR resources to a user equipment (UE) based on requests from the UE. The UE may receive an indication that the base station supports PUR, such as via a system information block (SIB), determine to request PUR, and transmit a PUR request message to the base station. A PUR response from the base station may indicate a PUR allocation for the UE that may be used for uplink transmissions. Uplink transmissions that use PUR may be acknowledged by the base station based on a QOS associated with the uplink transmissions.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a first common frequency resource (CFR) within a bandwidth part (BWP) and a second CFR within the BWP. Accordingly, the UE may receive, using a first numerology, a non-group-common communication at least partially in the BWP. The UE may also receive, using the first numerology, a group-common communication at least partially in the first CFR, and receive, using a second numerology, a group-common communication at least partially in the second CFR. As an alternative, the UE may receive an indication of a CFR within a BWP. Accordingly, the UE may receive, using a first numerology, a non-group-common communication in the BWP and a first group-common communication in the CFR, and receive, using a second numerology, a second group-common communication in the CFR. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor for wake up signals (WUSs) from a network entity (e.g., satellite) of a non-terrestrial network based on a geographic area. For example, the UE may monitor for WUSs if the UE is within a geographic area. In other examples, a UE may monitor for WUSs according to an assigned location-based WUS group if a cell supports the WUS group. In some cases, a network entity or UE may select a WUS resource set based on a location parameter. In some cases, a network entity or UE may select a WUS group based on a location parameter. In some cases, one or more network entities may determine geographic areas where the network may use WUSs or WUS groups, or the one or more network entities may negotiate with the UE to determine such areas.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications systems may support non-terrestrial network (NTN) signaling between both terrestrial and non-terrestrial devices. A user equipment (UE) supporting such NTN signaling may receive a downlink message indicating a first configuration for a first transmission reception point corresponding to a first cell of the NTN, and a second configuration for a second transmission reception point corresponding to a second cell of the NTN. The UE may then perform one or more synchronization measurements to synchronize uplink communications with the first transmission reception point and the second transmission reception point and in order to perform multi-transmission reception point communications in the NTN. The UE may then transmit one or more uplink messages to the first transmission reception point, to the second transmission reception point, or both, in accordance with the one or more synchronization measurements.

Abstract: In an aspect, while a mobile device is operating in a RRC_Idle State, an RRC_Suspended State, an RLF State and/or an RLF Recovery Procedure State, the mobile device may transmit a connection establishment message to a base station of a plurality of base stations. In an aspect, the connection establishment message includes information that indicates whether the mobile device has information associated with signals transmitted by one or more base stations of the plurality of base stations. The mobile device may initiate transmission of the information associated with the signals to the base station subsequent to establishing a security context for the connection between the mobile device and the base station.
