    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may support communications with a set of transmission/reception points (TRPs). The UE may receive one or more signals from at least one TRP of the set of TRPs. The one or more signals may indicate a condition corresponding to the UE for the multi-TRP communications. The UE may determine the condition of the UE based on the one or more signals. The UE may communicate with one or more TRPs of the set of TRPs based on the one or more signals. For example, the UE may communicate with the one or more TRPs according to a multi-TRP communications configuration determined based on the condition of the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, a first communication device may receive, from a second communication device, control signaling triggering a channel access procedure at the first communication device. In some case, the channel access procedure may be for accessing the shared radio frequency spectrum. The first communication device may then perform the channel access procedure based on the control signaling. In some examples, the first communication device may, based on the channel access procedure, transmit an indication of a channel occupancy initiated by the first communication device to the second communication device. The first communication device may relay communications between the second communication device and a third communication device during a channel occupancy time (COT) based on the transmitted indication of the channel occupancy initiated by the first communication device.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some wireless communications systems, wireless devices may communicate using reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) for improved spatial diversity. A base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), control signaling indicating a configuration for a channel state information (CSI) reference signal (RS) resource set corresponding to one or more RISs and a communication beam threshold for the one or more RISs. The CSI-RS resource set may be specific to one RIS or may configure resources for multiple RISs. The UE may receive, according to the CSI-RS resource set, a set of CSI-RSs corresponding to a set of respective communication beams (e.g., reflected beams from the one or more RISs). The UE may transmit a CSI report indicating one or more communication beams selected by the UE based on the set of CSI-RSs and the communication beam threshold.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A communication device may receive control signaling indicating a configuration for reporting a set of beam angle measurement values between at least two beams relative to a respective beam of a set of beams and a phase difference measurement value between post-beamformed channel phases using the at least two beams of the set of beams. In some examples, the communication device may determine a set of reference signal received power (RSRP) measurement values associated with the at least two beams of the set of beams. The communication device may transmit a report including the set of beam angle measurement values and the phase difference measurement value based on receiving the control signaling indicating the configuration. For example, the communication device may report the RSRP measurement values associated with the at least two beams of the set of beams.
