Abstract: To facilitate coexistence of a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided. An example method of a first wireless device operating based on a RAT includes receiving a sidelink resource reservation from a second wireless device based on a second RAT, the sidelink resource reservation indicating a first set of resources. The example method further includes determining whether to exclude, from a candidate resource set for the first RAT within a sidelink resource pool for the first RAT, resources that overlap with the set of reserved resources for the second RAT. The example method further includes transmitting a sidelink transmission using one or more sidelink transmission resources selected from the candidate resource set in the sidelink resource pool for the first RAT.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A receiving device (e.g., a base station and/or a user equipment) may receive, over a control channel, a first control signal identifying first scheduling information for a data transmission to the receiving device. The receiving device may determine a number of resource elements of a shared channel for a second control signal based at least in part on a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) table associated with the second control signal. The receiving device may receive, over the resource elements of the shared channel and based at least in part on the first control signal, the second control signal identifying second scheduling information for the data transmission. The receiving device may decode the second control signal based at least in part on the first MCS table.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a base station. The apparatus configures a UE with wake-up signal (WUS) resources to monitor for receiving a WUS during a WUS occasion associated with a discontinuous reception (DRX) operation. The apparatus determines a conflict with the WUS occasion, and in response to determining the conflict, determines an action associated with a WUS transmission. A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a UE. The apparatus receives a configuration for WUS resources to monitor for a WUS during a WUS occasion associated with a DRX operation. The apparatus determines a conflict with the WUS occasion, and in response to determining the conflict, determines an action associated with WUS monitoring during the WUS occasion.

The method may also include transmitting an indication in a transmission occasion to at least one of the second UE or the third UE based at least in part on a prioritization of information for the transmission occasion, wherein the indication indicates that at least the first sidelink transmission from the second UE is scheduled contemporaneously with at least the second sidelink transmission from at least the third UE.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described Techniques described may be utilized to avoid errors caused by resource allocation calculations, which may be indicated via higher layer signaling and/or determined within DCI. A base station may transmit downlink control information indicating resource allocation types to avoid errors. In other cases, the UE and/or base station may designate a particular resource block group size to avoid the potential errors. The UE and/or base station may calculate a number of resource blocks groups for a bandwidth part and allocate the size of the resource block group based on the calculation. The UE and/or base station may conduct a comparison between a bandwidth part size and a resource block group size to determine whether to designate a different resource block group size to avoid the errors. Similar techniques may be utilized in allocating resources for precoding resource block groups.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. According to one or more aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration message from a base station. The configuration message may configure the UE based on one or more identifiers associated with a group of UEs. The UE may determine at least one identifier based on receiving the configuration message, and may monitor a signal based on the at least one identifier. In some cases, the signal may indicate whether the UE should skip an upcoming duration associated with a discontinuous reception. The UE may then communicate with the base station, based on monitoring the signal.

A user equipment (UE) may determine one or more sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) parameters for a configured sidelink DRX cycle. The sidelink DRX parameters may be selected by the UE or may be indicated by a base station. In some cases, the UE may transmit an indication of the sidelink DRX parameters to another UE (e.g., via a sidelink communication link). A UE may discontinuously monitor for transmissions over the sidelink communication link in accordance with the sidelink DRX parameters.
