    Abstract: Techniques for signaling dynamic control region for PRACH transmission are described. In an aspect, the disclosure describes a method for receiving, at a user equipment (UE), an indication of a number of control symbols that the UE is to assume when transmitting physical random access channel (PRACH), and transmitting, by the UE, the PRACH over one or more slots based on the number of control symbols. In another aspect, the disclosure describes a method for generating, at a network device, an indication of a number of control symbols that a UE is to assume when transmitting PRACH, transmitting, by the network device, the indication to the UE. A UE and network device configuration as well as apparatuses and computer-readable medium related to these methods are also described.

    Abstract: Various devices, methods, and processes are provided for handling conflicting and/or redundant power control and triggering information for transmitting reference signal(s) such as sounding reference signal (SRS) using carrier aggregation (CA). A user equipment (UE) receives a first downlink control information (DCI) and a second DCI including SRS control information that is in conflict with that of the first DCI, for controlling SRS transmission on a component carrier (CC). The UE determines a resolution to reconcile the conflict between the DCIs. Then the UE can transmit an SRS on the CC in accordance with the resolution.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to implied and explicit mapping of uplink (UL) resources for acknowledgment communications from a user equipment (UE). In some examples disclosed herein, implied mapping may include indexing of information elements in a downlink (DL) communication. The explicit mapping may include information elements in the DL communication configured to explicitly provide a location of an UL resource.
