    Abstract: Embodiments provide a method for controlling an uplink transmit power in inter-base station carrier aggregation. The method includes acquiring, by a first base station, a maximum uplink transmit power that is allocated by user equipment (UE) to the first base station, and configuring, by the first base station, an uplink transmit power for the UE according to the maximum uplink transmit power.
