    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may receive first control signaling indicating an energy saving mode pattern of energy saving modes of a network entity and one or more respective durations over which the network entity is to operate in the energy saving modes for transmissions in a plurality of slots, the energy saving mode pattern based at least in part on one or more slot types of the plurality of slots. The UE may receive second control signaling scheduling one or more data signals to be communicated between the UE and the network entity during a scheduled duration that at least partially overlaps with at least one of the one or more durations. The UE may communicate the one or more data signals during the scheduled duration in accordance with the energy saving mode pattern.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may select a network energy saving mode from a set of network energy saving modes based on traffic conditions. The network entity may transmit a message indicating the network energy saving mode, a set of operating states corresponding to the network energy saving mode, and one or more time durations corresponding to the set of operating states, the set of operating states associated with one or more operating parameters corresponding to the one or more time durations. After transmitting the message, the network entity may activate the network energy saving mode for one or more components based on the one or more time durations. The UE may receive the message and perform one or more operations in accordance with the one or more operating parameters for the one or more time durations based on receiving the message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications systems may support a network indication of full-duplex capabilities. For example, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a capability message indicating that the network entity supports one or more modes of a full-duplex communications scheme. The capability message may be associated with an access procedure between the UE and the network entity and the UE may perform the access procedure with the network entity. The UE may communicate with the network entity based on the access procedure and the network entity supporting the one or more modes associated with the full-duplex communications scheme.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to communicating uplink control information. In an aspect, a first device receives from a second device configuration information including an indication to transmit uplink control information via a primary component carrier (PCC) or a given secondary component carrier (SCC) of at least one SCC in a slot. The first device also receives from the second device mapping information indicating an enabled spatial relation information configured for the PCC or the given SCC for transmitting the uplink control information. Thereafter, the first device identifies the enabled spatial relation information from the mapping information and transmits to the second device the uplink control information on the PCC or the given SCC in the slot based on the indication included in the configuration information, the enabled spatial relation information, and an uplink resource mapped to the enabled spatial relation information.
