Abstract: A semiconductor device such as a sigma delta A/D converter includes an integrator configured to output first and second output signals, a quantizer configured to generate a first digital signal based on the output signals, first and second switches configured to control application of first and second reference voltages to a first resistor based on respective first and second control signals, and a third switch configured to control connection between the first resistor and a first input terminal of the integrator based on a third control signal. The first through third control signals are generated based on the first digital signal and a second digital signal obtained by delaying the first digital signal. The third switch is turned on when any one of the first and second switches is turned on, and is turned off when both the first and second switches are turned off.

Abstract: In a method of cutting a fine pattern, a line structure is formed on a substrate. The line structure extends in a first direction, and includes a pattern and a first mask. The pattern and the first mask include different materials. A sacrificial layer is formed on the substrate to cover the line structure. The sacrificial layer is partially etched to form a first opening partially overlapping the line structure in a vertical direction. A portion of the first mask, an upper portion of the pattern and/or a portion of the sacrificial layer under the first opening are partially etched using an etching gas having no etching selectivity among the pattern, the first mask and the sacrificial layer. A lower portion of the pattern under the upper portion thereof is removed to divide the pattern into a plurality of pieces spaced apart from each other in the first direction.

Abstract: A manufacturing method includes depositing a chamber protective layer in a chamber, supplying a first purge gas to the chamber, transferring a substrate to the chamber, the substrate being disposed inside an edge ring on an electrostatic chuck, processing the substrate, supplying a second purge gas to the chamber, transferring the substrate to an outside of the chamber, removing the chamber protective layer, and supplying a third purge gas to the chamber. Variation of the surface roughness of the edge ring may be minimal. A ratio of an edge gas flow rate of gas supplied to an edge of the substrate and the edge ring to a central gas flow rate of gas supplied to a central portion of the substrate in the processing the substrate may be 0.05 to 19. The flow rate ratio may be more than 1 in the supplying the second purge gas.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to field of Dual In-Line Memory Modules that discloses method and system for generating memory maps. The one or more accelerators are configured in at least one of DIMM and one or more DRAM chips. Further, the method includes determining accelerator information for each of one or more accelerators via at least one of Serial Presence Detect (SPD) and Multi-Purpose Register (MPR) associated with at least one of DIMM and one or more DRAM chips. Method includes generating unique memory map for each of one or more accelerators based on accelerator information of corresponding one or more accelerators. As a result, performance of computing system may be improved as accelerator capabilities of one or more accelerators are effectively utilized.
