摘要: A reticular resin molding has a plate form, is composed of a thermoplastic resin, includes a plurality of vent holes penetrating in a thickness direction, and is capable of increasing a heat exchange efficiency in a heat exchanger by introducing air, having passed through the vent holes to control a charge thereof, into the heat exchanger. The reticular resin molding is composed of a thermoplastic resin of polyethylene or polypropylene obtained by dissolving therein a non-fired powder of a montmorillonite-based clay mineral. Further, the operating method of an air conditioner comprises providing, to the heat exchanger, this reticular resin molding so as to cross an airflow path to a heat exchanger, and introducing the air, having passed through the vent holes, into the heat exchanger.

摘要: An air conditioner may include a heat exchanger having a first cooling coil and a second cooling coil inclined toward each other, an inlet formed between a lower end of the first cooling coil and a lower end of the second cooling coil to allow air to pass through, an inside air duct through which air introduced to the inlet flows, an air supply duct through which the air passing through the heat exchanger flows, a fan causing air passing through the heat exchanger to flow, and a temperature sensor sensing a temperature of the air introduced into the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a plate positioned between the first cooling coil and the second cooling coil. The plate may have a sensor insertion hole into which the temperature sensing device is inserted. By measuring the temperature of the air introduced into the heat exchanger, more accurate control information may be provided.

摘要: An air conditioner including an arc shaped discharge port formed in a cylindrical member of a housing; a main fan; an arc shaped heat exchanger between the main fan and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member with respect to a radial direction of the cylindrical member; and an auxiliary fan. A discharge flow path is formed between an outer peripheral end of the heat exchanger and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member. A guide flow path is formed outside the discharge flow path with respect to the radial direction of the cylindrical member. The auxiliary fan is in the discharge flow path and is configured to suck some of the air discharged through the discharge port into the guide flow path. The guide flow path returns the air sucked by the auxiliary fan to the auxiliary fan.

摘要: Disclosed is an indoor unit of an air conditioner including: a casing; a cross-flow fan arranged in the casing and having a fan rotor and a tongue portion extending in an axial direction along an outer periphery of the fan rotor below the fan rotor and forward of a center axis of the fan rotor to define a suction port, the cross-flow fan forming in the casing an air flow directed from the rear to the front; and a heat exchanger arranged upstream of the fan in a direction of the air flow and having an inclined portion inclined to be positioned further downward toward a front side. The heat exchanger is arranged such that a front end of the inclined portion is located below the fan rotor and between a foremost portion and center axis of the fan rotor in a front-to-back direction.
