    Abstract: Reference signal and transmitter (Tx)/receiver (Rx) precoding for user equipment (UE) multiplexing in new radio (NR) shared spectrum networks is discussed. In certain reference signals, a base station may schedule multiple UEs for transmission of uplink reference signals within an identified subframe. The base station may transmit a reference signal configuration message, wherein the reference signal configuration message includes a transmission sequence identifier identifying a multiplexing for antenna ports assigned for transmission of the uplink reference signals. The multiplexing may be one or both of frequency divisional multiplexing (FDM) and time division multiplexing (TDM) over the identified subframe. Additional reference signals, transmit precoders may be identified by the base station based on channel inversion calculations of the channel matrix determined based on uplink reference signals.

    Abstract: Interference management with a coloring concept is discussed. A target transmitter may obtain a first priority schedule for a transmission opportunity of the target transmitter, wherein the first priority schedule identifies transmission priority for a plurality of base station groups. Each of the base station groups may include one or more base stations that are grouped according to various transmission criteria. The target transmitter will identify data for transmission and monitor the medium sensing slots corresponding to each of the base station groups for a medium reservation signal. The highest priority medium reservation signal may be determined out of any medium reservation signals detected during the monitoring, The highest priority medium reservation signal is determined according to the first priority schedule. Once identified, the data is transmitted by the target transmitter when the highest priority medium reservation signal corresponds to the target transmitter.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to improving macro diversity are provided. A first wireless communication device communicates, in a frequency channel, a first signal with a user equipment (UE) during a first time period. The first wireless communication device coordinates, with a second wireless communication device, a communication of a second signal with the UE in the frequency channel during a second time period. The coordination with the second wireless communication device is based on a switch to coordinate with the second wireless communication device based on at least occupancy of the frequency channel. The second wireless communication device communicates, in the frequency channel, the second signal with the UE during the second time period based on the coordination. The first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device are different. The first time period and the second time period are different.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for wireless communication. A device may use enhanced reporting mechanisms to support control information reporting on shared spectrum. In some cases, a device may utilize enhanced component carriers (eCCs) for data transmissions. In one example, the device may transmit control information (e.g., ACK/NACK, CSI, etc.) to a corresponding device using a CCA exempt transmission (CET). In another example, a device may report control information quasi-periodically. For instance, a device may be assigned a specified interval and a control feedback window for reporting control information (e.g., CSI). The window may provide a duration prior and subsequent to the specified interval during which a UE may transmit control information. For example, the device may perform a CCA reserving the channel for a duration that does not include the specified interval but may transmit feedback information based on determining the specified interval falls within the assigned window.
