Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a set of beams, for which a corresponding uplink beam indication is not configured, associated with a set of transmit-receive points (TRPs) based at least in part on at least one of a downlink control information (DCI) configuration, a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) codepoint mapping, a control resource set (CORESET) configuration, or a TRP index, wherein the set of beams includes a sounding reference signal (SRS) beam or a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) beam. The UE may communicate with the set of TRPs using the set of beams based at least in part on determining the set of beams. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE). The apparatus identifies an overlap between resources for transmitting a scheduling request (SR) and a transmission occasion for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback. The apparatus determines whether to transmit the SR or the HARQ feedback to a base station based on at least one of a type of the SR, a relationship between a first beam for an uplink control channel and a second beam for downlink communication, or a content of the HARQ feedback. Then, the apparatus transmits the SR or the HARQ feedback based the determination.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to bi-direction preemption indication transmissions. Abstract: In an embodiment, a base station determines a spatial relationship for a group of PUCCH resources, and transmits a control message that indicates the spatial relationship to a UE. The UE receives the control message and stores an indication of the spatial relationship. In some designs, the control message conveying the spatial relationship identifies the group of PUCCH resources via the PUCCH group index, while in other designs a different identification mechanism may be used. In another embodiment, a base station determines an association between a group of PUCCH resources and a PUCCH group index, and transmits a control message that indicates the association to a UE. The UE receives the control message and stores an indication of the association.

A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a control message indicating a first quasi co-location (QCL) for an aperiodic-tracking reference signal (A-TRS), the A-TRS being associated with a periodic-tracking reference signal (P-TRS), determining a second QCL for the P-TRS based on the first QCL for the A-TRS, setting a receive beam for reception of the P-TRS based on the second QCL of the P-TRS, and decoding one or more frames based on channel statistics estimated via the P-TRS received via the receive beam.
