摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network node, a polarization performance loss indication that is indicative of a loss in polarization performance based on transitioning from a first operating state associated with a first frequency range to a second operating state associated with a second frequency range, wherein the first operating state corresponds to a first antenna configuration and the second operating state corresponds to a second antenna configuration, wherein the first antenna configuration corresponds to a first antenna orientation and the second antenna configuration corresponds to a second antenna orientation. The UE may receive, from the network node, configuration information indicative of at least one communication parameter associated with the at least one antenna array and based on the polarization performance loss indication. The electronic device may comprise a housing comprising: a front plate facing a first direction, a back plate facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a side surface which surrounds the front plate and the back plate, wherein the front plate includes a screen area and a bezel area; a display exposed through the screen area of the front plate; a first circuit board disposed between the display and the back plate and including a first surface facing the display and a second surface facing the back plate; a first antenna array overlaid on the bezel area in the first surface; a second antenna array disposed on the second surface; and a wireless communication circuit disposed on the first circuit board and electrically connected with the first antenna array and the second antenna array, wherein the wireless communication circuit is configured to: form a beam which has directionality in the first direction using the first antenna array and form a beam which has directionality in the second direction using the second antenna array.

摘要: An antenna structure, a circuit board with an antenna structure, and a communications device. The antenna structure includes a signal reference ground, a first radiation patch, a second radiation patch, and at least one feed probe. The feed probe is located between the first radiation patch and the ground. Each feed probe includes a first end and a second end. 摘要: An electronic device may include wireless circuitry with a phased antenna array that conveys radio-frequency signals using signal beams of first and second orthogonal polarizations. The array may sweep over a set of signal beam pairs, each including a respective combination of signal beams of the first and second polarizations. The wireless circuitry may gather performance metric values for each of the polarizations and signal beam pairs. The circuitry may generate a filtered set of signal beam pairs by removing signal beam pairs having performance metric values that differ from a maximum of the wireless performance metric values by more than a threshold. The circuitry may select a signal beam pair from the filtered set having a minimum polarization imbalance. The array may concurrently convey first and second wireless data streams using the selected signal beam pair. Minimizing polarization imbalance may maximize overall data throughput for the device.

摘要: An antenna apparatus, a communication apparatus, and a steering adjustment method thereof are provided. The antenna apparatus includes an antenna structure. The antenna structure includes an antenna unit. The antenna unit includes i feeding ports, where i is a positive integer larger than 2. A vector of each of the feeding ports is controlled independently. In the steering adjustment method, a designated direction is determined, where the designated direction corresponds to beam directionality of the antenna structure. In addition, the vectors of the feeding ports of the antenna unit are configured according to the designated direction. Accordingly, the antenna size can be reduced, and beam steering in multiple directions would be achieved.
