The front protective layer is transmissive to light and has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The back protective layer faces the second surface. The plurality of solar cells are between the second surface and the back protective layer. The filler is between the front protective layer and the plurality of solar cells and covers the plurality of solar cells. The filler includes a material with a chemical structure to generate a free acid. The front protective layer includes a weather-resistance resin. At least a part of the first surface is exposed to a space external to the photovoltaic module.

摘要: A portable solar photovoltaic (PV) electricity generator module comprises a plurality of smart power slat (SPS) units, each SPS unit comprising a plurality of solar cells electrically connected together based on a specified cell interconnection design, and, at least one power maximizing integrated circuit collecting electricity generated by the plurality of solar cells. The plurality of SPS units are mechanically connected such that the SPS units can be retracted for volume compaction of the module, and can be expanded for increasing PV electricity generation by the module. The module can be used as part of an electric power supply with a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) power optimizer, storage battery and leads to connect to a load. The load can be AC or DC.

摘要: Disclosed is a water purification, sterilization and disinfection lamp. The lamp includes a lampshade, a base and a cylinder for storing slow-release chlorine tablets. A circuit board and a battery electrically connected with the circuit board are arranged on the base. A solar panel is installed on a surface of the lampshade. The base is covered with the lampshade to form sealed connection. The solar panel is electrically connected with the circuit board. At least one lamp bead is assembled on the circuit board. The irradiation direction of the lamp bead faces the direction of the lampshade.

摘要: A multilayer coating for a substrate having flame retardant capability, the multilayer coating includes two or more carrier or polymer layers. The at least one halogenated material comprises a fluoropolymer or a chlorofluoropolymer, or a combination thereof. The at least one synergist comprises an oxide of antimony. The at least one synergist is present in an amount from about 1% to about 8% by weight of the at least one other carrier or polymer layer. The at least one carrier or polymer layer includes the at least one halogenated material is a top layer.

摘要: Method of manufacturing a photovoltaic module comprising at least a first layer and a second layer affixed to each other by means of an encapsulant, said method comprising steps of:
providing a lamination device;
disposing said first layer in said lamination device,
disposing upon said first layer an encapsulant material manufactured by the steps of:
providing a base resin comprising a silane-modified polyolefin and having a melting point below 90° C.,
forming a mixture of said base resin and an additive comprising a crosslinking catalyst, said cross-linking catalyst being present in a proportion of 0.01 to 5 parts per hundred of resin,
melting said mixture at a temperature between 90° C. and 190° C., preferably between 160° C. and 180° C. and extruding said mixture to form said encapsulant material;
disposing said second layer upon said encapsulant material,
laminating said first layer, said second layer and said encapsulant material under application of heat and pressure, said heat being applied at a temperature between 60° C. and 125° C., preferably between 60° C. and 100° C., further preferably between 70° C. and 90° C. so as to crosslink said base resin.-

The respective enhancement grid line includes printing paste different from printing paste of the respective finger electrode.

摘要: A photovoltaic module includes a cell string, transparent insulated flexible protectors, a front adhesive film, a back adhesive film, a first plate, a second plate. The cell string includes multiple cells. Adjacent cells are connected in series through multiple spaced welding ribbons. The area on the surface of each cell without the welding ribbons is a mounting portion. Adjacent cells are staggered vertically. The protector is arranged on the front or back side of each cell. The protector includes a first protective portion connected to the surface of the mounting portion, and a thickness of the first protective portion is not less than thicknesses of the welding ribbons. The front adhesive film and the back adhesive film are respectively connected to the front side and back side of the cell. The first plate and the second plate are connected to the front adhesive film and the back adhesive film, respectively.

摘要: An encapsulant sheet includes a material formed from an ethylene/C4-C8α-olefin copolymer having a resin volume resistivity (VR) from greater than 1×1014Ω cm at 60° C. to less than 1×1016Ω cm at 60° C. and from 0.01 wt % to 0.2 wt % of an ion scavenger. The encapsulant sheet has a transmittance greater than 91%. A photovoltaic module (10) includes a front encapsulant sheet (12a) and a rear encapsulant sheet (12b) composed of the material. The photovoltaic module (10) has a power loss after potential induced degradation (PID) test from 0.05% to less than 5%.
