摘要： The price display module has a clear plastic light transmission and support member or light pipe on the back of a bezel to display an indicia on the pre-coiled strip through the bezel aperture and illuminated by light reflected through the member or light pipe from behind the bezel to the front of the member. The coiled ends of the strip are supported by and separated by the support member so the illumination of the displayed indicia is uniform. The support member is held in place on the rear of the bezel by retainers slideably guided on the bezel and having a tab which slides over and engages a shelf or flat surface at each end of the support member.

摘要： A combination building permit display device and rolled blueprint holder is provided. The permit and the blueprints are protected from the elements and yet are readily accessible by authorized persons, such as the building inspectors. The base member of the device is formed by a single sheet of plastic and the translucent cover sheet for the permit is mounted by slots cut in a raised frame on the base member. A holder tube stores the rolled blueprints adjacent the permit and the tube is closed at the top for protection from the weather. Ring brackets or, in the alternative, hook brackets mount the tube for quick removal and replacement. A raised reinforcement rail is provided along the side of the base member adjacent the tube.

摘要： A display device for a machine such as a poker machine or fruit machine in which information to be displayed is arranged on a closed loop of flexible strip material arranged to pass in front of a viewing window. The closed loop is moved around the predetermined path by electric motors for example. The closed loop can be stopped or started as required and when in motion its position is sensed by an electronic sensor, the output of which is fed to a microprocessor. In a poker or fruit machine a number of such loops of flexible strip material are arranged side by side in a casing which may have the appearance of a conventional fruit machine or poker machine.

摘要： A machine is provided for use by draftsmen, illustrators and artists in making various axonometric or three dimensional drawings, such as isometric, dimetric, trimetric as well as perspective views. The machine includes a flat working surface which supports drafting paper or the like placed thereon. Provided along the borders of the working surface and visible to the draftsman are changeable construction guide lines along with ellipse angle selection data by use of which the draftsman may prepare various types of three dimensional views. The construction guide reference lines in one embodiment are provided by means of a printed chart on a roll which moves under the working surface, and by moving the chart in one direction or the other the reference lines may be moved according to the requirements of the drawing to be made. Each roll may contain a number of different construction guide lines at different angles in order to make a wide variety of three dimensional views such as isometric, dimetric, trimetric and the like. When used to produce perspective illustrations, each group of depth of field lines is provided with corresponding ellipse angle information whereby three dimensional views may be prepared without the usual plotting requirements and a wide range of scale elevation, distance and perspective angle are readily available.

摘要： A manually adjustable indicating device such as a wall or desk calendar, a price board or the like includes a housing structure having a central flat base plate with overturned side edges defining a storage cavity on each side of the base plate together with support plate means slidable into the housing structure between a pair of spaced guides formed along the side edges of the flat base plate and a plurality of spaced apart flanged ribs formed on the support plate so as to receive the edges of a self-coiling tape and thereby to hold that portion of the tape which is adjacent the support plate means in flat face contacting relation therewith and so as to allow the coiled ends of each tape to occupy the storage cavities on each side of the base plate, each tape having visually observable indicia thereon which may be changed by simple manual finger touch whereby the portion of the tape which is exposed is moved and whereby one end of the tape is uncoiled and the other end is coiled.
