摘要： Improvements in a retractable wrist warn note pad are disclosed. The device will allow people to make notes of information that they should remember. This device will allow people to look-up any past notes written such as a grocery lost for supper, math, history, scripture notes, text for a speech, special formulas and instructions for carpenters. The device is small and can attach to a wristwatch or bracelet; the device would be installed in an area that is already being used. The spool of paper can be changed or replaced. The note system can also be created from a transparent outer layer and an inner layer where a user can scribe notes that can later be erased by stripping the two sheets apart. Another embodiment would be for a digital touch screen that stores the markings and the markings can be uploaded and or downloaded.

摘要： A pad to be used with a continuous web, such as paper, that provides an area where the web is taut and suitable for use, such as writing, drawing or marking with different utensils. The web is stored as a roll inside a paper web roll housing from where it is passed through a first web guiding and feeding assembly that is characterized by permitting it to travel in one direction only. The web is then passed through a slot below the first web guiding and feeding assembly and under the pad housing to another slot from where it is passed upwardly and through a second web guiding and feeding assembly similar to the first one in function. Both assemblies include an elongated member with a longitudinal edge in contact with the web to permit to travel in one direction only.

摘要： A readout cassette comprises a preferably two-part plastic casing in which two coil shafts are rotatably mounted. The coil shafts serve to receive a thin paper web or the like printed on at least one side. The web is unwrappable manually by means of a rotary knob or through the intermediary of an electric drive from one coil shaft to the other and vice versa in opposite directions behind two readout panels. 摘要： A record keeping device for diabetics having a generally flat rectangular housing containing rotatable supply and take-up rollers for an elongated record strip which is progressively fed across the exterior surface of a median platform portion of the housing top wall through egress and ingress slots therein by manually operable exterior knobs. The record strip is divided cross-wise into daily rows and lengthwise into a number of columns for recording the results and times of the usual diabetic diagnostic tests, the quantity of insulin injected, the selected injection site on the body, plus miscellaneous comments, and the housing face carries appropriate identifying indicia for each such column.
