摘要: An access-control mechanism, wireless device, and method for controlling the access-control mechanism and wireless device is provided herein. During operation the wireless device will create a “group” of devices that will be allowed to enter through a passage barrier without authentication. When authenticating with the access-control mechanism, the wireless device will prove the access-control mechanism with a list of credentials (e.g., identification information) for each device within the group. The access-control mechanism will then determine if every device on the list is allowed entry. If so, non-authenticated entry for a number of devices/people through the passage barrier will be allowed. The number of non-authenticated devices/people allowed to enter will be equal to a number of devices that are in the group.

摘要: Methods and systems are described for analyzing and attesting physical access to a location. In an example, an administrator can create a survey for users in an organization. The survey can be sent to a user device as a notification. The user can complete the survey, and the user's physical access rights can be determined based on the survey answers. When the user attempts to gain access to a location of the organization, the user can provide a digital access badge. The digital access badge can be mapped to the user's access permissions. The user can be granted or denied access depending on whether the user answered the survey and, if answered, what answers the user provided.

摘要: A system and method are disclosed for identifying a user based on the classification of user movement data. An identity verification system receives a sequence of motion data from a mobile device operated by a target user. From the sequences of motion data, the identity verification system identifies a plurality of identity blocks representing different movements performed by the target user and encodes a set of signature sequences from each identity block into a feature vector. Each feature vector is input to a confidence model to output an identity confidence value for an identity block. An identity confidence value describes a confidence that the movement in the identity block was performed by the target user. The identity confidence value is compared to an operational security threshold and if identity confidence value is above the threshold, the target user is granted access to an operational context.

摘要: Provided herein is an anti-sneak shooting apparatus for a communication device with shooting function and a system thereof. The anti-sneak shooting apparatus comprises a case for receiving the communication device and a locking apparatus. The case has an opening disposed thereon, through which the communication device is put into and removed out of the case and an opaque region for aligning with a camera of the communication device that is put into the case. The locking apparatus is disposed on the case, for locking and unlocking the opening. The apparatus further comprises an anti-theft tag or a RFID tag disposed on the case. The detection system as provided herein is disposed at the exit of the place where shooting is prohibited and can be used in combination with the video supervision.

摘要: A method includes sending a first safety instruction to a machine in response to, within an entry window of time, receiving an open alert that a movable barrier is in an open state, where the movable barrier is at an entry point of an enclosure protecting personnel from the machine, receiving tag information of a person from a reader at the movable barrier, and confirming that the tag information belongs to a person authorized to enter the enclosure. The method includes sending a second safety instruction to the machine in response to, within the entry window of time, receiving the open alert, and without receiving tag information or confirming that the tag information belongs to a person authorized to enter the enclosure. The first and second safety instructions are different and the first safety instruction is less restrictive than the second safety instruction in terms of actions to prevent injury.

摘要: Provided are, among other things, systems, methods and techniques for providing remote location-based customer service for in-store customers. One such system includes: (a) a central server; (b) wireless transceivers coupled to the central server at different locations within each of multiple different retail shopping sites; and (c) handheld wireless devices, carried by customers at such retail shopping sites and in wireless communication with such wireless transceivers. Each of the handheld wireless devices is configured with a user interface that allows a customer to designate a user-interface element to request a customer-service session. Upon designation of the user-interface element on one of such handheld wireless devices, the request is forwarded to the central server. The central server establishes a two-way real-time communication link between the handheld wireless device and a customer-service representative.
