    Abstract: A thermal liquid container system comprising a main body, a phase change material (PCM) liner disposed within the main body having a PCM disposed therein, a liquid reservoir defined by PCM liner, a liquid dispensing partition disposed within the liquid reservoir such that the liquid reservoir is partitioned into a temperature conditioning channel and a liquid retention chamber, and a lid comprising a liquid ingress and a liquid dispensing opening, the temperature conditioning channel for placing a liquid passing therethrough in thermal contact with the PCM whereby thermal energy is exchanged between the liquid flowing through the temperature conditioning channel and the PCM such that the liquid is dispensed at a temperature that is within a desired temperature range determined by the selected PCM melting temperature.

    Abstract: A drawer includes a drawer base mounted to a housing, a drawer, and a bottom tray. The drawer slides relative to the drawer base and includes a front wall and a receptacle that includes a bottom wall with a front edge and a back edge. The front edge is mounted to the front wall. The bottom wall forms a first funnel that slopes downward from the front edge to the back edge. The bottom tray is mounted to the drawer base below the receptacle not to slide relative to the drawer base. The bottom tray includes a tray wall and a drain aperture wall. The tray wall includes a front edge and a back edge and forms a second funnel that slopes downward from the front edge to the back edge. The drain aperture wall is mounted to the tray wall at a lowest elevation of the second funnel.

    Abstract: A specimen-preserving implement including, a medium-containing section capable of accommodating a medium holding a specimen, a degradation inhibitor in liquid form that inhibits degradation of a sample to be tested contained in the specimen, an agent holder capable of being impregnated with the degradation inhibitor, and a containing section of a desiccant. The degradation inhibitor transfers to the medium by placing the medium in the medium-containing section in a state in which the agent holder is impregnated with the degradation inhibitor, and the desiccant is enabled to absorb humidity released from the degradation inhibitor without directly contacting the agent holder in a state in which the medium is accommodated in the medium-containing section.

    Abstract: In a transport container for transporting temperature-sensitive transport goods, there is a chamber for receiving the transport goods and a shell enclosing the chamber. The shell has at least one first latent heat storage element wherein the heat storage element is arranged in a heat exchanging relationship with the chamber. The at least one first latent heat storage element includes a carrier material which is dimensionally stable at use temperature, and a phase change material distributed within the mass of the carrier material, so that the at least one first latent heat storage element is dimensionally stable in a temperature range both below and above the melting point of the phase change material. The at least one first latent heat storage element is designed as a casting part which surrounds the chamber in one piece, seen in cross section, at least over half the circumference.
