摘要: A nonwoven fabric manufacturing facility includes a fiber assembly manufacturing step and a heating and drawing step. In the fiber assembly manufacturing step, fibers formed using an electrospinning method are collected to form a fiber assembly. In the heating and drawing step, the fiber assembly is drawn to form nonwoven fabric in a state where the fiber assembly is heated to a melting point of the fibers. In the formed nonwoven fabric, an average pore diameter is 15 μm or more, a relative standard deviation of a pore diameter distribution is 0.1 or less, and an average fiber diameter of the fibers is 3 μm or less.

摘要: A method for producing a foam-formed multilayered substrate that includes producing an aqueous-based foam including at least 3% by weight non-straight synthetic binder fibers, wherein the non-straight synthetic binder fibers have an average length greater than 2 mm; forming together a wet sheet layer from the aqueous-based foam and a cellulosic fiber layer, wherein the cellulosic fiber layer includes at least 60 percent by weight cellulosic fibers; and drying the combined layers to obtain the foam-formed multilayer substrate. A multilayered substrate includes a first layer including at least 60 percent by weight non-straight synthetic binder fibers having an average length greater than 2 mm; and a second layer including at least 60 percent by weight cellulosic fiber, wherein the first layer is in a facing relationship with the second layer, and wherein the multilayered substrate has a wet/dry tensile ratio of at least 60%.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel miRNA extraction method and a method for analyzing miRNA extracted by using said miRNA extraction method. According to the present invention, provided is, for example, a method for extracting miRNA from extracellular vesicles in a sample solution, by using a device capable of capturing extracellular vesicles, the miRNA extraction method comprising: an extracellular vesicle capturing step for capturing extracellular vesicles in a sample solution onto a device by bringing the sample solution and the device in contact with each other; and a miRNA extraction step for homogenizing the extracellular vesicles by bringing the device having captured the extracellular vesicles in contact with a homogenization liquid for extracellular vesicles to extract miRNA from the extracellular vesicle into the homogenization liquid.
