摘要: An apparatus, a system and a method for wireless power transfer are disclosed. A method of forming a physical core of a wireless power transfer device includes positioning two or more electromagnetically permeable members adjacent to one another and applying longitudinal pressure to an end of the electromagnetically permeable members, the electromagnetically permeable members at least partially encapsulated in retaining compound. A wireless power transfer device includes a casing in which is housed an induction coil, a plurality of electromagnetically permeable members arranged in a line and a retaining compound.

摘要: A system and method is disclosed for integrating inductive power outlet functionality to provide power transfer to electrical devices, as an in-surface wireless charging system, embedded into a host such as a furniture item. An inductive power outlet may include a body casing for containing a primary inductor a driving unit and a fastening mechanism. The body casing may have dimensions suitable for introduction into a passageway through a plate of the item of furniture. The fastening mechanism may be utilized to secure the body casing to the plate of the item of furniture.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe a method of fabricating a multi-channel modulator driver with an enclosure. After a substrate is provided, components of a multi-channel modulator driver are attached to the substrate. Herein, the components include first components associated with a first channel and second components associated with a second channel. Next, an enclosure is attached to the substrate to cover the multi-channel modulator driver. The enclosure has a wall disposed between the first components and the second components, and a top region coupled with the wall. The enclosure and the wall are composed of an electrically conductive polymer. The wall includes a first portion that has the electrically conductive polymer covered by a metal film and a second portion that has the electrically conductive polymer not covered by the metal film.

摘要: Instead of being made from one continuous piece of material, a coil includes multiple flat coil segments that are stacked together and electrically coupled in series. In many embodiments, the coil segments are U-shaped segments, and the segments are arranged so that each segment is rotated (e.g., by 270 degrees) with respect the segment it follows. The stacked coils may then be fastened together using, for example, bolts through the corners of the coil segments. The combined coil segments form a continuous coil.

摘要: Provided is a manufacturing method of an axial-type magnetic. The manufacturing method includes a press molding step and an injection molding step. The axial-type magnetic encoder includes a wrap-around binding part wrapping around from a sensor-opposed surface to a back surface of an inward flange part of an annular fixing member. A separated inner peripheral part separated from a rotating body is formed at an inner diameter-side portion of the inward flange part while an outer diameter-side portion of a back surface of the inward flange part is abutted against the rotating body. The inner peripheral part of the annular plastic magnet wraps around to a back surface of the separated inner peripheral part.

摘要: A Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) receiver includes a receiver coil on a substrate. The receiver coil includes one or more capacitors. The construction of the capacitors allows for the use of very flexible substrates and allows the capacitors themselves to be highly flexible. The increased flexibility permits the MRI receiver to be conformed to the body of a patient and accordingly improves the MRI process.

摘要: An apparatus for a multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) coil, comprising: a first coil layer of a PCB; a plurality of vias coupled to and distributed to cover substantially the surface of the first coil layer within the PCB; and a second coil layer of the PCB and coupled to the vias to cover substantially the surface of the second coil layer, wherein the vias are positioned between the first coil layer and the second coil layer and enable substantially high current and low equivalent series resistance (ESR) for the multilayer PCB coil.

摘要: A probe tip for communicating and laterally directing electromagnetic radiation comprises a waveguide, a primary capsule, a compressible member and a malleable secondary capsule. The waveguide is configured to communicate electromagnetic radiation and includes a beveled surface at a distal tip for redirecting electromagnetic radiation in a lateral direction. The primary capsule is attached over the distal tip of the waveguide. The compressible member covers a portion of the primary capsule. The malleable secondary capsule is positioned over the primary capsule and the compressible member, and includes a crimp that compresses the compressible member against the primary capsule and secures the secondary capsule to the primary capsule.

摘要: A coil has multiple coil sections connected to each other and each coil section includes a body portion and at least one direct or protrusive connecting portion disposed at one end of the body portion. Coil sections form at least one spiral path around the central axis of the coil, and on the projection of the coil along the central axis. The protrusive connecting portions protrude out of the path location of the direct connecting portions. Two connected coil sections form only one overlapped surface at the coupled parts of the direct or protrusive connecting portions. Regarding to the body portions in the same spiral path, a first end of one body portion is indirectly connected and disposed adjacent to a second end of another body portion. The second end has one surface with a virtual extension reaching the first end.
